Fantastic service! They were super quick and did their job perfectly when they winterized my system. Their prices are reasonable especially for the high quality service provided.

While Water Ketch was winterizing my sprinkler system, my main water valve broke not to their doing and they fixed the issue for free with a new valve in a timely and professional matter. They put the customer first and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Not bad. Not great. If you can't find anyone else, go with Water Ketch. I've used Water Ketch about a half dozen times over the past three years for activation, sprinkler shutoff, and a few repairs. It's very hard to get ahold of them. When I do speak with them phone or in person the representatives have been surly and minimally helpful. They replaced a sprinkler box in my backyard and killed all of the grass around it. Further, they came over twice to fix a broken sprinkler head in my front yard and didn't fix it either time. The amount of time it takes to get an appointment, the cost, and the unfriendly service weren't enough for me to stop using Water Ketch. Water Ketch has been working on our old sprinkler system for over 20 years. We recently had them redo our system after a patio expansion and it's awesome! Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Mark Peterson is the most quality minded serviceman I have met.He fixes the hard problems that I don't want to deal with. He also uses the freeze-tolerant ball valves to save customers money if the system doesn't get drained in time before a freeze comes. Mark has the customers best interest at heart.
