Waterford Center Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

I have been coming to Waterford Family Dentistry for several years for my regular cleanings and to take care of some dental work I had been putting off. I've had a couple of old fillings redone with the nice while filling material and 2 crowns. I've always had as pleasant an experience as one can have at the dentist. The staff is friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is with my insurance because the coverage sucks, but I usually get the discounted "insurance" rate when it's something I end up paying out of pocket. I went in for my cleaning yesterday and met the new dentist on staff. He seems nice and didn't make me feel like he was rushing to get through the inspection after my cleaning. Bonita has been my hygienist for my last 2 visits and she's great. She talks you through what's going on without trying to sell you on some extra procedure. I love that I never feel like I'm being pressured to do something just because it will make them money.

This reviews from start to finish of my visit. In the beginning I was a little nervous I've never been to this office before. Because of that I also came early and wanted to get my paperwork done. Because of a cancellation they were even able to take me in early. I was there because because the space between two teeth was not correct. The tooth did not match the gum line either. The office was able to work with me with the price because of my finances. They were also able to do everything the same day. He did have to fit me in so I had to be a little patient. However, he was able to match everything up to my gum line and fill in the space, I was treated with respect and they were very polite. In the end I was not nervous at all. Overall I am very satisfied with my impression and service I received. They helped me and work with me on the price and they did not make me wait hours because they were able to fit me in. Some places just wait around even if they have the time. Also the work they did was as good as I hoped for. I recommend this place for anyone that needs cosmetic work on their teeth.

I had my first visit with Waterford center, and I have to say the staff is amazing since the first call. I have a big fear of dentist! however they were so sweet and made me feel better. The Hygienist i had was very sweet and informative and the Dr made sure I understood everything he recommended. The lady who went over my treatment was very knowledgeable with my Insurance! So happy I found this place

Dr. Mora-Rosa was the best! He helped me figure out a way to fix my teeth that was cost efficient and attainable! By far the best dentist I have ever met!

Great customer service and everyone is very attentive to your needs. They went over all the costs so I wouldnt be surprised at the end of my visit. Everyone was very friendly! Definitely recommend.
