WaterQuest did a beautiful job landscaping my back yard. They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and the crew was professional and efficient. They do a yard clean up for me every 2 weeks as well. Love this place!
Al Cyr was the man from WaterQuest who came to our home to give us a estimate on repairs to our small water feature. He seemed cordial enough and gave us an estimate of $700-$900 to update and repair our fountain. He said they were busy, and it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to our job. I said this was fine. I NEVER heard from AL Cyr, or WaterQuest again! After 3 1/2 weeks of waiting I called the office to see where I stand. They said Al would return my call, but I heard nothing from anyone. I expected that after reading the positive reviews I could look forward to dealing with a professional company, but for some reason, my experience was very much different.
Had Waterquest out to my home last fall for landscape clean up. They were great and way less than I was expecting, so I asked them about installing irrigation for whatever reason, the builder put in ZERO water on the property. The quote was again way less than I expected. The crew showed up at 9:00am and had installed a timer and irrigation lines, drips, sprayers, etc, all by 2:30. I’m so impressed that I would recommend them to anybody.
I moved into a new house and inherited an existing irrigation system where the valves weren't working so it was running constantly. WaterQuest came out the day after I called and was able to shut it off even though I wasn't able to, then a few days later came back and totally rebuilt my valve box for an affordable price that was in line with their estimate. Way easier than trying to figure it out myself. Great work, done quickly at an affordable price. Highly recommended.
