I came to support a local business. Patiently waited two hours only to get sold bad tires!!!! Claim they didn’t have any better tires to exchange. Also, didn’t honor refund. Owner stopped answering the phone. Very poor customer service and experience. Would NOT recommend or go back.

Greg is very kind. All the other tire places wanted to charge me $50 just to remove the stuck wheel locks on my car. Watkins did it for free. The service was fast and friendly. Reasonable prices. I will go again!

Went to see Greg on a referral from a friend, and I'm glad I did! I recently purchased a brand-new car from a national dealership and picked up a nail in my tire within the first couple of weeks of having it. After waiting 3hrs with an appt, the dealership told me that it couldn't be patched/plugged, and I would have to buy a new tire for $200+. Greg checked it out, patched/plugged it, and got me on my way in less than 20min for less than $20. I'll be coming back to this casual local shop and recommending it for all tire needs.

Had a nail in a run flat tire. BMW road service said I needed to take it in and buy a new tire, but our friends at Watkins were able to plug it and get me back on the road in no time. One week later and everything's running just fine. Quick, easy and very friendly. We're lucky to have these guys in the neighborhood.

I had a flat tire. From start to finish I was in and out within 20min! I'm sure if I'd taken my car to a franchise I would be there so day. Watkins Tires will take care of you efficiently!

After I purchased two new/used tires from Watkins my tire pressure light came on so I stopped for free air at another tire shop and was informed by the attendant that the two replaced tires were the wrong size for my car and that one of them was too worn down and dangerous to drive on. I returned to Watkins Tire and informed several employees of the situation who proceeded to argue with me about how I couldn't be certain they weren't the same size that had been removed. My light had never come on before this. They refused to replace the tires with the correct size or even replace the bad tire they had sold me. I'm frustrated they would take money from a single mom at Christmas time and further potentially compromise the safety of myself and my family by selling me a dangerous tire.
