Stopped by to use the restroom on a Friday road trip. Enjoyed jamming to Depeche Mode in the ladies room and through the store! Tons of drink options - from sodas to beers to coffees to fountain drinks. So many options that the super clean bathrooms became an even create draw! Great place to stock up for road trips!
Great food & cheap, organized gasoline. Prompt employees who keep the grounds well kept free of trash. The only thing I would have to say that would keep from being perfect is the line where customers wait for their food needs to be more managed although that’s kind of hard for the employees to do if they don’t have the “areas” to send the customers to.
I just want to take a second to say I love this store so much!! I stop by 4-5 times a week in the morning before work and I am never displeased!! Everyone is so friendly, but someone who stuck out to me was a gentleman named Baylee. He is always moving with speed and accuracy, all while still helping customers with questions and giving great customer service!!
This wawa is going downhill. Very unclean, gross bathrooms with thick layers of dust and grime. Store is not being cleaned or well maintained. Coffee area is icky. Store presentation is low level. You can feel it's not being cared for on a daily basis. This is a popular location, hope management steps in.
Girl that made my sub had zero care in the world open my sandwich which was the easiest to put together! Tuna, lettuce, cucumber! Look like someone just throw it on the bread and wrapped it up. Didn’t get offered a bag then walked away! If you hate your job… try door dash
I put in a pick up order at the Wawa on 4377 Holland Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. I am waiting to receive my order for staff member that is behind the counter does not even say anything as I stand by the counter every week for my order is sitting right on the counter but yet she called out to other orders that’s sitting right next to mine and I’ve been sitting there for almost damn near 10 minutes finally a second staff member comes out and I ask her for a pick up order and I get it the customer service was terrible. I should not have to wait over 10 minutes to receive my pick up order . Customer Service should be number one across for employees and things need to get better before I start shopping at Wawa
I have to give a shout out to a little lady at Wawa, her name was Neilley she went beyond her job duties to help me out. She brought my drink out to the car cause I was on crutches and that just meant the world to me. I go to that one quite often and highly recommend it. I always go to get my chai tea, good customer service.
Best hamburger that I’ve ever eaten. Their sandwiches are great to say the least. No more McDonalds or Five Guys. Trying the Quesadillas next.
they literally have the nicest staff of any gas station i’ve ever been and the gas is always cheap and the food is always fresh y’all i LIVE at this wawa, give them some love
It's always busy but there's a great crew. It's clean which for a store that busy you'd expect some messes but everything looks great.
