We Inspect

2nd time working with Bob and he was really great to work with! He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He explained everything to our understanding and made us feel at ease about such a major purchase. I would highly recommend working with Bob and will recommend him to anyone I know looking for an inspector.

Needed a home inspection done within 10 days. Bob was quick to schedule and very professional. He had me walk through the house with him and explained everything in great detail. He would always ask if I was understanding what he was explaining. He picked out both little and big things he noticed. Bob let me know what would be in the report and what was of major of importance. Overall, great experience with Bob!

Bob is a very thorough and informative inspector. Both my boyfriend and I went with him to the house we were looking to buy, and he made sure all of the questions we had were answered. Although we did not end up purchasing the home, his report was the reason we backed out of the offer. With his findings we were made aware of a very costly issue that was not disclosed from the seller. If it weren't for his thorough report we would have ended up with a money pit.
