First let me say, I am a owner of a Corporation myself, and my relative started the corporation which bears my last name. It is now one of the top 50 corporations in the world, in which I hold stock. My my experience with this corporation has much to be desired for.
It started first by ordering from their website. It stated that they had the item in stock. To place the order it required for me to have a email. This is relevant to the story which will come up later.
I called this morning to check on the order, after paying $77 for two day shipping. Bill answered the phone and was extremely rude and arguemental with me that the website said the item which was an autoharp was backordered. I asked why I was not given an email? He said that the site listed it and I should have been fully aware of it! I replied to him that it was not listed when I placed the order, why would I pay for two day shipping other wise? He placed me on hold and never came back to the phone.
I called back and was given to Dave, I told him that I was going to give their company a bad rating to make others aware of the treatment I had just received, due to the way I was treated first.
He said that the phone call was recorded and that this was a threat, and that doing so was equivalent to threatening someone. Finally he gave me to the customer service manager Josh.
This man is the only one that seems to understand customer service there. It is not a threat to give somebody a rating base in your experience. Josh was honest with me and said that the computer showed that there was one in the warehouse. And that the first individual who said it was backordered had misled me. Also somehow the system did not record my email that was required when I ordered? I asked for a refund and expressed my great disappointment on my experience. Josh apologized and issued me a refund immediately. There is definite problem here at this corporation. Unfortunately it looks like even the owner, is unavailable to speak with you. Many individuals there seem to forget that there livelihood is based upon experiences. People understand when things happen. But the companies must be honest with the customer. They need to also understand that people get upset when they spend money and do not get their item. My best advice based on my experience, is to avoid this company at all cost. Very slick ads, but very misleading. Josh seems to be the only one at the company, that is honest, it's too bad there's not more like him.

The customer service that I have received from Kim has been the best I have ever experienced in my life and I am not a spring chicken. ;) Kim has made me feel as if I was royalty! I would not hesitate to purchase anything from this stellar company. Responses are extremely quick and even handled outside of normal business hours. My experiences have been above and beyond incredible thanks to Kim.

I just have to say that I am very impressed with my experience at Web Direct Brands. Bill Anthony was extremely helpful and courteous in dealing with my order. We had an unexpected situation develop in our household and Bill went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I would definitely make purchases from this company again. I would ask for Bill directly.

The customer service I received from Web Direct Brands was stellar. My agent, Mr. Bill Anthony worked diligently with me to find the exact product I needed. It was critical that what I bought was UL listed and the exact dimensional size. Bill managed to locate everything I needed and put my order into his system for next day delivery. I would highly recommend Web Direct Brands--ask for Bill Anthony for the best customer service experience !!!

Bill Anthony was my customer service representative and he was outstanding! He persisted in finding me the replacement piece for my Fabio Leonardi meat grinder attachment for the electric tomato grinder that had broken. It took a couple of days and multiple inquiries on his part but he located it and kept me well informed. Thanks Bill for proving great customer service still exists! Job well done!
