Excellent kickboxing classes. Everyone is very friendly and the classes are great regardless of your fitness level. If you want to get a great workout and burn calories this is the place for you. Far better than any gym I’ve joined. Classes aren’t crowded and I feel great.

Jonavin is a knowledgeable and skilled coach who is genuinely invested in every student's success. The facility is always well maintained and really offers everything you could want in a gym.
