Sorry to say, I have used Webster Locksmith ever since I am living in the Bronx and I have never experienced such rude behavior from a Technician. He did the job very well, but he was very rude and obnoctious because I wanted to get a receipt for the payment from my credit card. He told me that Webster would never do business with me again even though I was quite polite. I called back the office and spoke with Maria and she was quite polite to me and said she would e-mail me my receipt. The tech only tightened the screws on my lock and it was really overpriced, but I was not complaining, only that I needed a receipt and had to wait a few hours before I received it via my phone. I made an appointment from the day before so thee was no excuses. I had stuff to do on that day, but my whole day was spent waiting for the Tech and to have him behave in that fashion. She told me that she was the only one working in the office that day and I completely understood her problem, but getting a receipt for payment is important. The tech had no business telling me that Webster will not do busines with me again, as I will NEVER CALL WEBSTER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. The service has changed over the years. Very poor service.

This is the premier place to come in the BX for hardware. I needed 3 keys cut and they were perfectly done. When I needed new locks put in my door, they were installed accurately. I only deal with this place and advise anyone to get them if they want the job done right!

Webster locksmith and hardware is my go to locksmith. Okay, let's go, let's go!!!. I've been going to this place like forever. There is none other like it. Hey I'm from the Bronx, and I tell you they are the best borough wide, hands down. If you don't believe me, see for yourselves, especially if you need a good security lock with expert knowledge to back it up. Hey don't take my word for it. See for yourself. Peace.

Super professional they do not cut corners and even with the high quality work they are the cheapest in town buy here with confidence and be glad you're dealing with professionals there are too many fly-by-night locksmiths that aren't even certified or licensed Don't play around with your own safety or your families

Friendly, helpful people working there. Good prices for car keys with a cip inside. Very busy location, in spite of this, I was serviced very quickly.

When I was there had to be lunch time. 2 workers. It took 2 workers to sell me 4 combination locks and 4 pads. Quite pricey $74. I was shocked!!! Inflation and price gouging is real on Webster Avenue!!
