I came to Wedding Day Diamonds to get my engagement ring reset to a band that better matched by wedding ring. I worked with Drew who made the entire process so easy and stress-free. She was responsive and easy to communicate with and was really helpful in giving me numerous options and ideas to choose from. After choosing the ring, the actual process of transferring and resetting my diamonds only took about a week. My husband took me ring shopping and I definitely wanted something different. Walked right in and Amy helped us right away. She was so kind and patient with me because I didn’t want a diamond ring like all others. I told Amy what I wanted but sadly they didn’t have the color stone I wanted so I went with my second option and I love it so much and super happy with how my blue sapphire rose gold ring came out. Amy you were awesome.
Wedding day has been awesome from custom designing my engagement and wedding bands a few years ago to now assisting with a repair of my wedding band free repairs for life!. After receiving my wedding band back from repair my husband and I were disappointed in the quality of the repair. Alissa went above and beyond to replace my wedding band with a band that would be less prone to losing stones and a perfect match to to my engagement ring. I’m super happy with my new wedding band and how much of a perfect match it is! Highly recommend working with Alissa and wedding day.
We went to Wedding Day in Roseville, MN to pick out my engagement right and our specialist was Karyn - she is amazing! So helpful and so great with communication. Would highly recommend going to her or Wedding Day Diamonds! We customized my ring and made it unique and perfect for me. I am so excited to see it finally put together and on my hand!
Drew was fantastic! She was so patient, kind and helped me pick out the perfect ring. I appreciated her honesty and the low pressure environment. Wedding Day was the best place to get our rings. We saved money and feel good about our environmentally friendly lab grown diamonds.
Almost two years ago the center diamond of my engagement ring got knocked off its prongs and was sitting crooked, so I had to stop wearing it in fear of losing it. We looked around for awhile to get it fixed, but couldn't find anywhere we could afford, so it sat in a box, in our safe. A few months ago my husband started secretly looking around so he could surprise me for my birthday as I had been missing it so much. He found Allison and Wedding Day Diamonds, and I'm so glad he did. They were better priced by far than any other place we had found and they did an amazing job. Allison was very diligent in ensuring that the ring was taken care, doing multiple quality checks along the way and staying in communication with my husband the whole time. We were so pleased with how my engagement ring turned out, that we had my wedding band cleaned and polished too. The store was clean, all of the people we encountered were friendly, and we will definitely be going back.
Just got my ring cleaned and it looks as good as it did 5 years ago! I do not normally give reviews but I have nothing but good things to say about wedding day jewelry. I looked so many places to replace my wedding ring and the second I walked into this place. I was welcomed with non-pressure sales people and it is the same experience every time I get it cleaned. I highly recommend!
Amy and the entire team at Wedding Day have been incredible every time we visit! Everyone always has a smile and makes us feel so special. Amy was extremely helpful with my fiancé Ryan during the selection process and I have been in multiple times since just to get my beautiful ring cleaned and everyone is always so excited and thrilled for us each time. Definitely helps keep the excitement going and let’s me relive the joy of being engaged! I strongly encourage this team because I personally will continue to visit them!
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I am not one to leave bad reviews and I am always willing to give a business a second chance to redeem themselves if there's a bad experience or a big mistake has made. My husband & I brought my wedding and engagement rings into the Roseville location to have them resized and soldered together. I was given an estimate and told that it would take about 2 weeks. 3 weeks had passed and I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check to see if my rings were in. The person I spoke to said that they were in and ready for pick up. My husband & I drove down to the store to pick up my rings and I was so excited to finally have them back. When they were pulled out of the bag, they were not soldered together and when I tried them on, they still felt tight. The size was checked and they were still the same size. So my rings had been sitting at this store for 3 weeks and nothing had been done. I tried to be as understanding as I could be, but respectfully expressed my disappointment. I was sent a text 2 days later saying that my jewelry was ready for pick up. That didn't seem right, so my husband contacted the store for clarity. They couldn't locate my rings at first and told my husband that they would call him back and asked for his phone number. They never called him back and called me instead. The woman I spoke to said that I received the text as an error. I expressed how disappointing this whole process has been, that I was really hoping to have my rings back for Christmas and said that I expected a discount for the inconvenience. About 5 days later, I missed a call from the store and a voicemail was left saying that my rings were in and ready for pick up. Being that each time we were in the store, they closed at 8pm, we just assumed that we had until 8pm to pick it up. We arrived at 7:05 and the employees had closed the store. A helpful tip to Wedding Day employees: Adding the time that you close to a voicemail that is left is a common courtesy especially when your hours obviously fluctuate quite a bit. I left a voicemail that night expressing my displeasure with the entire experience and I never received a call or email from anyone. My husband picked up my ring and there was approximately a 30% discount given, which is not nearly enough given that I was already getting a 20% discount for being a new customer. A 10% discount for such a huge inconvenience is not enough. We will never shop at any of the Wedding Day stores ever again and I regret trusting them with my wedding and engagement rings.
We went to Wedding Day Diamonds for our engagement ring and wedding bands, and our sales rep, Drew, was amazing!! She was so sweet and helpful! We always loved our visits : All of the employees would welcome us and offer us refreshments and snacks! We would definitely recommend!
