Just had an awful experience at this store today. I walked in b/c they listed a specific seat liner I was looking for on their website, and it had the ability to pick up in store, so I thought I'd walk down and see it in person. When I couldn't find it on my own the saleswoman asked if I needed any help, so I asked about the liner. She told that the manufacturer had discontinued it. I mentioned that they have it up on their website for sale, and she basically blew me off and said nope we don't have any. Ok annoying, but not the worst. She then proceeded to ask me why I would have purchased the stroller I did, I explained my reasons and she told me I should have bought something else. When I asked what she would recommend, because I haven't used the stroller yet and can still return it, she gave me one suggestion, which my parents already own and I didn't want a duplicate, and that was it. She was EXTREMELY condescending and demeaning. Honestly with places like BambiBaby in town, who go out of their way and are so helpful I don't know why anyone would need to go here and deal with not nice people.
Two weeks ago I bought a zippy cup at the store - specifically recommended by the assistant. It was supposed to be easy suction. When home, I tried it and it was not at all easy suction. So I wanted to return it today and get the cup I originally wanted to buy in the first place. When I walked in and explained that I would like to return the cup because it us not working, I got a semi aggressive locture on the difference of training cups and zippy cups. Apparently, it has to be hard to suck out the water. Kids don't perseve it as hard. When I asked her if she had ever tried it, the answer was no. I gave up and just wanted the other cup. But guess what - she didn't want to let me return the other one since i now was a "used" zippy cup. Last time I bought at the store!
I wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered a pacifier August 6th. Have not received it. Called store twice. Owner has yet to return my call.
Beware of the lack of ethics of the new management with their return policy. This place only offered store credit for a return; and, now they don’t accept their store credit claiming the credit was provided by a different management. All the good reviews here seem to be from previous owners.
Love this place. Intelligent staff with a great attitude answered all my question and helped me pick out the right product for me and my girl. So happy I did not waste my time driving to and walking around aimlessly at buy buy baby. These guys know there stuff and have a great selection of quality products...
Love this store! Great quality products, good prices, and the staff is wonderful. They really go above and beyond to help you find the perfect item for you. In addition, you always leave feeling good when you support local business.
Terrible ! Great quality products but the boss there was unprofessional and was rushing me to buy a stroller I tried returning a day later since it wasn't fuctioning right and she didn't let me an i even tried getting store credit wait of 400$
Found then on craiglist easy to get to nice clean organized shop had extensive selection of pops.
