Wells Fargo Bank

There are only two WellsFargo locations in NW DC where I've consistently gotten courteous service: 15xU and Dunbar. Personal bankers are available, present and polite a stark difference with the Calvert and Tivoli locations

Omg I felt like a members only VIP card holder lol they dont have these where I live.

My experience in this branch is always positive. I do most of my account transactions online. But when I need to use the branch the machines work as expected, and during business hours there is also staff to help along.

The one time I've needed a banker and not only will you get the most impersonal experience at this bank, but it will also be completely nonprivate. The banker "offices" are nothing more than an outcove behind the atms. So of course anyone at the atms could hear about your delicate situations. Which are often not fully functional.

The worst customer service.

2 ATMs not taking deposits and 1 out of service. What's the point of having no tellars if I can't go to my own bank to do basic things.

The worst branch of Wells Fargo I've ever been. Waiting 20 minutes to tell me it will be another 45 minutes to get notary. Really Wellls Fargo?!!
