This is by far the worst Wells Fargo branch location period. The customer service is atrocious. The manager Fay, talks to you as if you are a child. This branch shorted me $200 and refused to give me the difference. While talking to FAY she had a condescending tone, and simply kept saying it wasn’t her tellers fault. If a teller gives you $200 less, there is no one else to blame BUT THE TELLER. And she refused to acknowledge that. This experience was so terrible that I will be closing my account with this bank. If you want the correct amount of money, do yourself a favor and go to a different branch store.
