Amazing customer support..Walked in to open a account, ended up opening multiple accounts! Highly recommended..very professional and courteous staff. I 'accidently' walked in to the nearest branch due to bad weather , was supposed to go to a diff bank:)

Went in to open an account. They said our specialist is not in today... then why you stay open?

Branch manager and banker were friendly but couldn't handle a simple wire transfer correctly - they made a mistake and wanted to have me back again to correct their mistake but only left me a voicemail and didnt care to wait for 5min for me to return their call and went straight home although I made it clear to them that it's for closing an apartment purchase and it cannot be delayed. They almost ruined my apartment purchase......very stressful experience.

Very bad experience with this location. Bankers and Tellers do not care or respect customers and their time. They made me wait 30 mins for a signin and another 30 mins for signout. ridiculous
