Slow and very unprofessional. The lazy lady saw me waiting in line and walked away. The other teller had to help me and the the one who walked away came right back. Not the first time. Hear her say under her breath I'm ready to go home

I like the staff.... I've had nightmares with other banks, but Wells Fargo does its best to make this old Lady happy. Too bad there aren't more branches.

Good bank, but this branch is poorly managed. Just spent half an hour trying to get cash out. One ATM=always a slow line. Move to drive-thru, not enough staff working=no response after sending card through. Drive around, park, go inside, same problem, not enough staff=long line inside too. Always a problem. Fix these very basic things and the rating will change. Withdrawing or depositing cash should be simple and quick.

The very best people in banking. I can confidently say that Wells Fargo assembled their best team and sent them to man this branch. 5 stars!
