Great experience. Banker was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining and answering all my questions since I'm not really good with tech or banking. She made me feel welcome and respected and at 60yrs old that's important. She didn't act frustrated or question me as to why I was tech or bank oriented and really went out of her way to make me comfortable and make this a very positive experience!! Thank you Ms. Alla Shein you're the best!!!
excellent customer service from the moment you walk in until you leave I loved it
Excellent service! Mr. Kavanaugh, the teller, provided service that is better than I could imagine. It was actually easier for me to deposit my checks with him than online or via mobile app. He was pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable. This was my 3rd time at this specific location, and each time, I have been treated great! this branch is the pure definition of customer servitude.
My experience with this bank has been excellent the lead teller Mr. Ben K. is an excellent guy and so are the rest of the tellers and staff. The manager Mr. Blane is a real gentleman and good at solving problems. I have been delighted with the great people at this bank.
I will NEVER use this specific banking location again. There is so excuse to leave a customer waiting when there are multiple available employees sitting at there desks clearly not doing a thing. SO unprofessional . I was not even told to hold on a moment. Just completely ignored until deciding to leave. I needed to put in for a card replacement due to a faulty chip. Now I'm still left with a useless debit card. TERRIBLE SERVICE
They take to long to help you, they need more people working here.
