This Bank has the BEST customer service! Every one of the associates are so helpful. My last experience was with Irma, who was a huge help and really went out of her way to help me. Thanks so much!!! I will be in that bank often from now on!
Went in yesterday to open an account for my daughter checking and savings the guy at the counter told me it's a 2 hour wait because one of the guys was out to lunch and won't be back for another hour mind u it was 3 o'clock I was so angry that I had to wait that long I went to chase and they welcomed us with open arms and took us on the spot...I'm thinking of switching all my banking to chase wells fargo customer service is terrible
I arrived at the bank at 3pm to act as executor and close out a safety deposit box for deceased family members. I drove 6 hours from my home to do this. I called ahead and had all necessary legal documentation needed as executor including both keys. I was told the bankers were too busy to help me. The banker there. Priyank, just sat in his office, not on the phone, not with a customer, and apparently didn’t have an appointment until 4pm. There was a woman with her son who walked in front of me who had similar experience. I have never experienced customer service at a bank this poor, where the banker sits in his office not willing to come out and talk to customers. Banking locations primary responsibility should be customer service, not hiding in your office. I am not sure when I will be back to close out the safety deposit box now, which I already know is empty. I would highly avoid opening any account at Wells Fargo due to poor customer service, and the unethical behavior that happened at this location years ago when they opened up multiple unwanted accounts for my grandparents that I had to take care of closing a few years back.
I have been there many times always a good experience. Then recently I went to open an account for my cousin and the service was outstanding. Edwin serviced us with kindness and manners, he took his time to explain everything to us and assist us with setting up the WF app. That is what customer service is about, Edwin was commited to go above and beyond to help us. I would definitely go back and as well refer my friends to bank there.
I was there on December 1st and submitted a Gallup poll of the visit that I received via e-mail. It was frustrating at first to sit in a drive-up line for 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I found out the computers were down, and was treated so nicely by the teller, I was satisfied. I was in the computer field for 32 years at Merck and Co. This was the first time Wells Fargo's computers were down, so I would rate them high for that. My only low marks were for time waited, not the service I received
The worst bank ever! Everybody just wants the money in their pocket, even if that means being dishonest They outsourced my account to someone else, never mentioning I'd get stuck in a lease with them too, aside of the Wells Fargo lease. My banker led to to believe I was only dealing with them. Conveniently forgot to mention that to me. Now I'm trying to get out of this lease and all they do is avoid me, don't return calls. Meanwhile, all my accounts are compromised for lack of security, so all new account numbers after 10 years! If you love your money, word of advice, let someone else hold it. Especially when you have 4 accounts, 2 credit cards and a home mortgage with Wells Fargo. I will be take my business somewhere else. I will be taking all someplace else.
I didn't believe the hype but my god this bank is terrible. Open an everyday bank account get an email to go make a deposit I go make a deposit they can't find my account waited an hour. 2 days later I call noone called me finally opened now I can't enroll. Now I need to wait 1-5 days for my phone number to accept texts from them. More than likely going to just take my money out tomorrow and go elsewhere this has been nothing but absolute frustration during a frustrated time. This process has been so draining I can't even describe it when all I wanna do is open a bank account. Simple? Is it ever.
Hi just want to tell veryone that I love this facility and the people who works in there they are so kind to the customers even in other matters beside banking .I want to thank Chris & a Puertorican guy for helping us the day our car got a flat tire . It means a lot to me . God Bless
The women who opens business accounts is very unprofessional and immature . I opened a business account and the banker who opened my Account didn’t have the courage to tell me to my face they closed the account for no reason. 4 months later when I finally had to go back in for my balance she couldn’t even look at me or talk to me and could not even answer why they closed the account . Sad
My experience was quick and well done, Everyone there was very supportive and kind, Thanks Wells Fargo.
