Adrian was outstanding with customer service. I was in a crisis and he assisted me with all my concerns. Very happy customer!

Went today around 4:00 pm. Was seen immediately. There were multiple tellers and they were all friendly. I went to exchange currency and it was very easy.

I was upset when I arrived and had to ask the manager to put on a mask when he opened the door for me. Tellers sitting with no mask but as the manager said-they were 6 feet apart. Unbelievable.

Why do I see a credit inquary from this adress even I have never been there.

Great options and friendly staff at this WF branch. Always enjoy socializing with the BCM.

I went to exchange dollars for euros and they changed their policy that only people with accounts could exchange currency. I let them know I wanted to open an account. 30 minutes later I left after no one ever helped me open the account. I guess all is well...at least it means WF can't open 10 new fraudulent accounts in my name.

Multiple attempts to call someone to ask a simple question, ended up being rerouted to a general 800 number that then put me through the whole voice option routine. Can't even answer the phone. Time to stop being lazy and switch over to a credit union.

They notarize for free, and with very quick turnaround. Great service.
