You just lost another customer. After you repeatedly wouldn’t accommodate me I will move all my accounts to Chase.

Randomly closes a door to force more people through a smaller entrance.

Been here about 5 times and banker Michael Carbajal is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sorted through whatever I needed in the quickest amount of time.

The bank tellers are great at this location. Unfortunately the teller manager and the branch manager both have axes to grind and are quite honestly racist towards affluent non-poc folks. It’s extremely unpleasant.

The employees really go the extra mile to help - great and friendly service.

I go to this bank every Monday and Friday for last 5 years... met with many tellers here. Every person that works there is very helpful and smiling.. great place to your banking.. the Wells Fargo is a good bank. But this location is great

Fast and easy to open an account. Good way to have a local bank if you always on NY. Debit card right on the account opening. Liked!

This is my favorite bank of all time to come to! Wells Fargo in general is a great bank but this branch just goes above and beyond the call of duty!

I take the dreaded bus, and I stock up with a months worth of bus fare once a month. My request is in dimes, quarters, and dollar coins. I have never had the wells fargo staff give me problems for requesting dollar coins. They are very helpful.

Racist Wells Fargo— do not go to this location.
