Social distancing by using the drive thru. They completely ignore it. We’ve been here in line for 30 mins. Not because the people going through have big complex banking to do. They just aren’t monitoring the drive thru at all. They’ve walked away from our current transactions for several times. It’s really ridiculous.

God awful be it the pandemic or it just Wells this is the first time through all the nonsense that has happened at that company that I finally said enough and cannot wait to actually walk into a bank and say "take my money please" and it not be Wells. That time cannot come soon enough

Just went to get change drive thru only applies to ATM not the the mail slots. Couldn't get singles.

I regularly come to this location and have always experienced great customer service.

Non helpful / dispasionate customer service - watching the clock and waiting to go home rather than taking an extra few mins to help customer with 2 little kids open an account urgently required by their mortgage dept. Even implored that we were travelling out of town next day.

This branch refused to give me a Debit card or replace my debit card cause my my race or religion
