Excellent customer service, people are very friendly and courteous. I am not exaggerating but they are very polite and on time. Quality of work is great. They know how to respect other property.

One of the better cleaners in the area. Have taken several items here without a mishap. Bulkier items like comforters take a bit longer to clean. Disappointed that there is no one on site that does alterations.

Since next day service with early drop off by 9 is advertised, it would be nice if someone could be there to accept my clothing by at least 8:30. Either train the staff to run the register, or management should arrive on time. Ruined my entire morning.

My new favorite dry cleaners in the area now that Riggs road dry cleaners changed management to some ignorant person who loses clothes.
