At this location they are usually on time for their imaging and you do not have to wait very long like you do at other hospital locations. The staff is nice but the paperwork is extensive.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. This is where people go to die. The nurses left my mother in restraints without a doctor’s order to punish her. I was then threatened to be banned for requesting care for my mother. The staff is more worried about Facebook than taking care of patients.

My teenage daughter had reconstructive surgery on her knee 3 days ago. Dr. Pendleton surgeon, Dr. Ondo anesthesiologist, their staff and the staff at Wellstar were absolutely wonderful!! They explained the process and procedures to us and eased our anxiety. I am thankful for their knowledge, patience, skills and empathy.

My daughter had Botox injections today in the outpatient surgery center, the staff and nurses were absolutely AMAZING!! Lauren and Brianna went over and beyond to take care of our precious little girl and me.

Wellstar refused to care for me today. I was offering to pay out of pocket when my insurance was found to be out of network, and they refused to serve me at full price. I was left baffled and scrambling for an urgent procedure somewhere else.

I've had to have a covid test for every minor procedure needed the past year . I came here for an mri and at 8 thousand dollars no covid test needed. I wonder why
