This was my first time going to WellZen Lounge and it won't be the last! The level of professionalism and prompt service exceeded my expectations. Maria did my gel manicure which I absolutely love. Added a little sparkle to make it fun. I'm extremely happy with the waxing services as well. The massage before the conclusion of the manicure service, was a nice surprise and added bonus. Definitely worth the price and visit.

Mamta was amazing. Super nice, gentle and gave me her opinions when I needed help. She asked me if a polish was too light it was before going all the way so we could fix it. I had chosen a bronze that I thought would be opaque enough and it wasn't and so I ended up changing to a dark blue. She took her time to do a detailed job and my nails look amazing.

My go-to salon for years - the best in the area. Always clean and friendly service with a smile. My gel manicures last for ages - photo is a gel mani with three and a half weeks of grow out. Not a chip in sight, even after international travel and a week of hand washing holiday dishes!

They don't have massage chairs here but the cushions are super comfy! I had a 2 PM appointment and waited about 10 minutes or so to get sat but half the time I was picking my color out anyway. I believe Jenny was who took care of me. I just came back from a trip and treated myself to a Green Tea Pedicure + Manicure. Jenny went in on scrubbing my feet! I was in heaven During my manicure, they have fans where you sit to dry them as you're getting them done. I paid before getting my nails painted and was asked if I was part of the membership and said no, this is my first time. No membership was offered to me though and everyone looked overwhelmed while I was leaving so I didn't ask. I came here because I am looking for a closer nail salon then Park Slope so still interested in the membership.

I’m in looooovvvveee with this place. I’m never going back to the cheap Asian nail salons in Flatbush Ave no shade, no negation. I go for gel manicures & pedicures. They take their time doing each nail, their service is top notch, personable and warm. They use fantastic quality products. The salon techs even give you a shoulder massage included with your manicure. The most amazing thing is that they have a modern, clean and airy decor. I feel luxurious doing my nails here! Pros- a regular natural nail manicure is $18. Cons- they are pricey; My gel manicure is $40 plus I tip the tech at least $5. And they only do natural nails, no acrylic. Pedicures start at $30.

This place is a friendly, clean salon with a wide range of colors and a caring staff. There are a lot of other salons in the area. Still, I’ll only go to this one because I know my manicure, pedicure, or whatever else I get will turn out beautifully and that the person doing my work will be friendly and attentive. I’m not sure how they are for nail art, but whenever I need a classic job, this is it.

Do not come here for gel. My nails are chipping and coming off and it has been less than a week. Very upset about this experience, and upon looking at the reviews, other people had the same problem Very upset with this outcome; I’ve never had this problem before. It’s literally about to peel off my fingers.

Such an incredible collection of products. Stock CND which is my favorite for keeping nails healthy. Friendly staff & great options for different services.

I went here with my bf for him to get his first pedicure. My technician was really rough and pricked me three times while cutting my cuticles. I looked at my bf’s feet and all of his cuticles were inflamed. The next day, he couldn’t stand to put pressure on his feet. I also got a gel mani that lasted all of 2 days before it chipped! Which I predicted would happen because my technician over cured my nails. No joke she had me put my hand in the dryer 4-5 times per coat. I finally spoke up and asked her why she was doing that and she didn’t know anything about over-curing. I had to explain to her that she was making it so my nails would peel within days and she just shrugged it off. I doubt she was even licensed. There seemed to be more ladies working than licenses on the walls. For a regular pedi and a gel mani I wasted almost $90 with them. Never again!
