Loved the exemplary service our Cashier Eric delivered us today. A very positive person. Great quality food at this establishment.

The food was good, and the help was nice. Knocked off a star for the long wait time. It was not even remotely quick for a fast food restaurant.

I love Wendy's, however this one in particular has prompted me to write this review. (I don't write reviews) We ordered a caesar salad, a frosty, two of the specials that come with a junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. What we got was two JBC, two fries, one order of nuggets and our two drinks. As we were pulling out of the parking lot I realized we were missing the caesar salad, the frostee and an order of nuggets. If you have ever been to this place you will know it is slightly inconvenient to get to because of the concrete divide separating the two opposite lanes. We get back to Wendy's it is 10:03 they had shut off their drive through menu light (their website says they are open until 11:00) so we pull up to the window and explain. They weren't at all unpleasant about it and went back to grab our missing items. They forgot the nuggets and the silverware (spoon for the frosty and fork for the salad) Now its a quarter after ten and we have spent the day shopping and live over an hour away... We wanted a quick bite to eat to tide us over. Needless to say the $1-2 lost on the missing nuggets and the inability for me to eat my salad for another hour was not enough to make us go back a third time tonight.

Decent food and friendly staff. We got some really soggy fries though.
