Wendy's

The service was great and quick. And it wasn't too expensive to eat here. The atmosphere was great and It wasn't too hot or too cold inside. And they were really pleasant to the us. The only thing I found unusual is that they didn't have a baby/toddler friendly bathroom, there wasn't anywhere I could change my daughter's diaper in the bathroom. Parking: Parking is right beside the drive thru and around the building. There's plenty of places to park. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheel chair ramp that's easily accessible from the parking lot

Our group arrived at this Wendy's around 9pm. Once inside we moved to counter where the young lady had pink ear buds hanging around her neck which is not professional looking. Attempted to order chili which they stated they are out. Noticed they look like they were closing things done. Floor mats were on the trash can and fry station was broke down. Our fries was not hot and fresh, buns on both sandwich was cold and not warm. Had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich multiple times and in the end the manager ask me again what I wanted on it which shows the cashier did not enter it correctly. All three drinks had to come from the back since the machine in the dinning room had only Coke and I mean Coke only as an option. Location is dirty and is not what is expected from Wendy's. Once in the dinning room, multiple crew stepped right outside to smoke which worries me on whether they are washing their hands etc when they return. Overall very rough visit and needs to be address.

I ordered a single combo well done with onion,ketchip,lettuce and cheese but it had everything on it when it came and it.was pink so I reordered it and it came really pink so I just asked for a refund and it took the manager forever to refund my money because she was angry for the return. She also had major attitude but if their grill people were trained take burgers DONE I probably would have eaten the 2nd one, especially since I asked for it well done. I will not be coming back to this one in Dunbar, WV. Management was horrible and I have a right mind to report her to Corporate... not a people person..

So 3 biggie bags and 3 chili on order $26. First 3 large chili was 2 and 1 small, double stack no pickle no mustard had pickle and mustard and no cheese. Fries appeared to be scrapped from yesterdays supply, no straws for drinks which tasted like acid on steroids, no sauces for nuggets, no napkins no spoons and spicy nuggets were ordered but got regular. All this and had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring it me while car after car went past me from the drive through. This place needs an education on how to provide quality customer service !!!

I ordered a 10 pc chicken nugget and a drink. I was the only person in the drive thru and they weren't busy. I only got 7 nuggets. This Wendy's is awful

The floor is always soaked upon entry No wet floor signs evident either !! Someone is gonna get hurt in this location 1 day. Other than that Employees are friendlyFood: 3/5

Went to drive thru. Cold day so just got Chilli for a quick lunch it was good and hot.Food: 5/5

Standard food and prices for any Wendy's chain. Service is above average - Live Anita, she is so sweet.

Brian was very rude and then I get back to work and my order was completely wrong! Thanks Brian maybe change your attitude and slow down

Love the fast service at the drive thru got three Double baonegers and large super hot you have the Fastest drive Thurs in all the Wendys that I have been at
