Wendy's

It’s a hit or miss but this time the Chili was bomb but kids meal did not look good at all. We ordered 5 burgers and all of them were super sloppy. Y’all should just Stick to CHILI!

Congratulations! This Wendy's has officially delivered the worst service I've ever experienced! It took 45 minutes just to make it to the window to get our order. I didn't sweat it, I know times are tough and many places are understaffed, no biggie. The trouble started when the drink was handed out the window. It was a size smaller than we'd ordered. The window worker said they were out of the bigger cups, ok no problem, it can happen to anyone, but were we still charged for the larger size? No answer from the window worker, and no receipt to check, either. When we checked the bag to see if there were separate containers of cheese for our single order of chili, we found no cheese, and when we asked the window worker for more cheese, she declared that she wasn't the one who bagged our order. Okay....? Can I have my cheese or not? After another 5 minute wait, a different, very frustrated person comes to the window to hand the cheese out. Thanks, I guess... Things were fine until we got home. I went to pick up the containers of cheese only for them to spill all over my car because the lids weren't on all the way. Very frustrating, but not the end of the world, it would be more effort to get back to Wendy's and sit for another hour just to get some mini cups of cheese, so I figured I'd just give up and eat some plain chili. I get inside and set the chili down on the counter only to realize that the lid wasn't on the chili either, and it had spilled everywhere inside the bag, and now all over my counter. So no dinner for me, thanks to this ridiculous mess and lack of basic decency. The wait was astronomical, the staff was rude, and they didn't bother to package the food properly, leaving me with no dinner and $7 less in my bank account. Thanks for nothing, Wendy's!

The staff was AMAZING. They ran out of a couple things while making my order and they made sure they were appropriately substituted. The staff was outstanding as well as pleasant to talk to. WARNING: One of their night workers has no clue how to make any of what ordered and overcharged me. She then showed no interest in attempting to fix my food or payment.

I did not like this place at all. First the workers were cussing very loud and my kids were there, second the burgers were bad, the bread was hard, lettuce tasted fake such as the cheese, barely any meat on the burger either. The fries were warm but hard and stale, but the only good part was the soda. I spent $30 for nothing!!!

This place is a mess, most employees don't have it together, the floors will peel off your shoes if not tied tight, the one lady don't understand the concept of a cheese burger only ketchup nor does she with rinsing the mop head just pushed everything around the store. This is absolutely the worse service and sanitary place I think I've ever been and will never be back to. Get it together!

I guess there was a reason for zero cars during dinner time. Absolutely trash. Ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwhich. Receive three chicken sandwiches. Fries that tasted like they were made yesterday. Also to add one of the chicken sandwhiches were as hard as a rock. Worthless location.

I ordered a 6 piece nugget, a medium fry and some ranch for a sauce. I waited 30 minutes to only get my nuggets and then a sweet and sour sauce, which I didn’t ask for. I was really disappointed.

Service lady taking in house orders was also handling food directly after money with no hand washing or gloves with open sores on her hands and non food safe jewelery on.Food: 2/5

The man at the window helping me was the rudest person I’ve experienced in food service. My card got declined once which I just used it so it does work and he got mad and raised his food and rolled his eyes and said it was declined. Then I said it’ll be fine I’ll go elsewhere and he pushed the food bag at me through the window. Worst experience. Don’t recommend going here.

The worst to eat. I hope that I don't end up with food poisoning. when I called and spoke with the manager all she was concerned about was me coming back to get a free sandwich, unapologetic. Just because your closing does not mean you under cook food. SHAME ON YOU
