I only ever do the drive through. My main complaint is they don't seem to know that small combos exist. If they ask if you want to increase the size and you say no, they still charge you for and give you a medium not the small at the menu price. I don't need a medium. That's a lot of extra calories that I didn't ask for, and you're charging me for them even though I'm hopefully going to throw them away. I tried to do a corporate survey, but they require a receipt which this store rarely if ever provides. Honestly, I feel like a whiner posting this here, but I don't know how else to give them feedback

How comfortable do you have to be at your job to forget to give your customers the food then mean mug them cause they aren't leaving the drive through. Then not even get the order right. In the time this happened we weren't greeted , the girl at the window shoved the drinks at us, however  I'm glad I speak Spanish cuz it was wonderful to hear her laughing and talking about it in Spanish to the other coworkers. It wasn't until a secondary coworker came by and spoke to me in Spanish that the first girl realized what she was doing.. unfortunately this is the new trend for this store

Not a good location of Wendy's to eat at!  The drive thru takes forever every single time.  They got my order completely wrong.   Which of course I didn't know until I got home. They were not friendly at all.   After sitting in the drive thru for 45 min I was so irritated by it all that I just ate what wasn't stone cold.  Even though none of what I ordered was in the bag.  And decided to NEVER AGAIN go to that location.

First time i I ever came and wasn’t a line kinda shocked but then I realized who was running the drive thru it’s always  Horrible service from the guy  that runs it  at night. He’s very rude every time I come there and then he tries to make it seem like he is in the right. I hate this Wendy’s and tonight was the last straw with that guy. They need to really get rid of him I don’t care how dependable someone is he’s running off all your business.  I’m never coming back

This place always has good service and provides fast service. Literally have only had one issue here and they fixed it and let me keep the food. And they didn't act like it was my fault they messed it up like most Wendy's. Literally even Uber eats the food is always warm. Thank you for the good service!!  Parking: This Wendy&#39;s is right next to an abandoned Kmart so you have all the room to park, this is especially nice for truckers !! Wendy&#39;s also had an additional parking lot so there&#39;s literally tons of parking

Food was all wrong, the staff were very rude and very unhelpful when we tried to tell them it was, staff couldn't understand us when we were speaking english, there was definitely a language barrier at the very least. there was also drug deals in the parking lot. if i could leave 0 stars i would. Would NOT recommend.Food: 1/5

The attitude of the man handing out the orders was absolutely disgusting. Around 1 AM, February 7. I would give you zero stars if possible, dude just ruined my night. I legitimately hope he loses his job. Don’t take the overnight shift if you can’t handle it, dude. Pathetic worker

Service is super lack luster.  They essentially threw my food in the car and walked away. They were not busy, no need for the behavior.  Parking lot and surroundings are super run down and neglected.  Food was good, but I'm a sucker for the baconator.

THIS WENDY'S DOES NOT DESERVE THAT 1 STAR!!!!  THEY SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN ALL NEGATIVE MARKS.  I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 TIMES AN HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RETURN PHONE CALL.  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.  MY SANDWICHES WERE HAD BURNED SAUSAGES ON BOTH OF THEM.  THE PERSON MAKING THEM SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET THEM GO OUT THE STORE.  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDYS NOR THOSE SANDWICHES

I was expecting a pleasant experience cause she answered drive thru very approachable but got to the window couldnt even speak just held her hand out. My sandwich was hot, fries cold. Drink was full. Had to ask twice to get my receipt.
