Went to this location for breakfast around 930am on a Saturday and at first, it did not look like the restaurant was open. The lot was empty and you could not see if the lights were on. After I started to leave, a car pulled out from the drive through. So, I went to place an order I should have left. I wanted to order a hot honey chicken biscuit, to which I was told "we haven't had that in a while". I said "how am I supposed to know that? why is it still on the menu?" I ended up ordering the original honey chicken biscuit instead. The cashier was very nonchalant. No greeting, just told me the amount of the order, took my payment, and then handed me the food. The biscuit was luke warm and had an unpleasant aftertaste. At the least, you would think that as slow as they were, that the meal would have at least been hot.
Dirty floors and greasy, Food crumbs on the floor, Smells like oil and armpit and employees looks depressed. What happened to this location I remember last year when the old crew kept the store clean.Food: 1/5
I honestly don’t even know why I bother coming here, so really that’s on me. Every other month or so I come back thinking “maybe the staff has changed! Maybe this time will be better!” And I am not using hyperbole, every single time, they are out of things or get my order wrong. In the drive through today I asked for the new cob salad and the man answered “no we don’t have it” ok how about the Caesar salad “no” ok do you have any salads “uhhhh no, no, no, no, no”. Uhhh ok a Spicy chicken sandwich then. Like why in earth would you not lead with “hey, I’m sorry we’re out of salad.”?? Are you an alien?? Are you ok? He sounded so dead inside I actually felt bad for him. Then we get our food and the fries were so over cooked they were basically inedible for even the toddler. Then I opened my sandwich and saw that they either didn’t bother to add the lettuce or didn’t bother to tell me they were also out of lettuce. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this is only the most recent example of what I noted above and I’m kind of flabbergasted that corporate has allowed this location to function at this level for this long. There a huge problem, likely somewhere in the upper management at this location because how do you explain this store always being out of things?
This use to be a great fast food option, but over the last year they fail miserably. They desperately need new management and better employees training. They are rude, inefficient, and lack items on the menu. They haven't had salads in many months, they only have large drinks & fries, i got a spicy sandwich when I ordered homestyle, sandwiches wrapped in correctly, and nuggets were burnt and old. Just avoid them.
First time ever attending a Wendy’s. We showed up here and expected an average fast food experience. Sub-par food, and ok service. But boy were we wrong. We were met with the most generous and kind staff who genuinely wanted to help, and the wait time was quick and easy. The restaurants atmosphere was amazing, with great music from all periods of time to entertain us. And the cherry on top was that they gave a free food, consisting of three burgers and three large fries! I would assume that this is because of this being our first time ever coming, but I’m grateful for whatever reason. I feel like I have a new pair of eyes, and I think other fast food restaurants should step up their game! 10/10! Thank you Wendy’s! —Juliet
Walking in, smells like burnt fry oil. Place is a pig stie, everything is dirty. The chairs, the floor, the windows. The food wasn't up to standard. Stale bun, Fry's were cold and soggy. I love Wendy's, this is so disappointing. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. The employees only do what the are tought. The franchise should take this store back from whoever owns it. I live out of town and don't have a Wendy's so it's a treat to come here when I'm in town. Now I will look for another store or try something different.
I never leave reviews, these guys messed up my order five times in a row now. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich without ranch on it. Just had to get it corrected again and they handed me another sandwich with ranch on it… Told him to keep itFood: 1/5
We ordered online ahead of time so we wouldn’t have to wait. Still waited 30+ minutes. Inside of the restaurant was dirty. They weren’t able to cancel our order when we realized getting food here was a bad idea. The food was bad, the taste I could only do one bite and tossed it, quality, it was DRY. Listen to the other reviews, it’s not worth your time or money.
We had the most amazing experience at this Wendy’s location. The staff was so generous and kind. We received three free hamburgers and french fries, and the atmosphere was so positive. Additionally their music playlist was fantastic. 10/10 recommend!! Food: 5/5
I give it 5 stars cause the manager was excellent but there were no salads so disappointing but hey I get great foodFood: 5/5
