AFTER WAITING NEARLY 20 MINUTES THEY GAVE COLD FRIES & NUGGETS SO NATURALLY I REQUESTED FRESH ONES. WORST OF ALL THEY PUT BACON -THAT I HAVEN’T EATEN IN OVER 20 YEARS- ON MY SANDWICHES.. COMPLETE TERRIBLE SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES. WONT BE GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!!!
Dry hard chicken sandwiches and cold overpriced wedges. Thanks Wendy's. Then you refuse to correct your error! Tragic place to try and eat. Don't waste your time or monies!
Customer satisfaction was guaranteed and received. The staff were very pleasant their time efficiency was speedy flowing like the Root beer from the soda machine. Thank you to the staff who have exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work Food: 4/5
Bathrooms were clean. I usually use the drive through but it wasn't working during recent visit. Inside was clean also. Cashier greeted me when I walked up & although they seemed short staff, my order came out surprisingly fast. The melon lemonade is *really* good by the way. My husband and out of town couple days ago and we had some Wendy's food. We both had chicken peacon salad with raspberry salad dressing and it was delicious. Our location was in Mississippi, it was difficult understanding our server but overall good.Food: 5/5
I'd rather live in a food desert than come to this place. Worst place ever to represent Wendy's. The operators should be embarrassed. After sitting in the drive thru for several minutes..the person came over the speaker and told me to come inside to place an order. It is not hard to put a sign up...This place is always slow, they often forget items that you paid for and the customer service is non existent. I'd be happy if this place shut down and became something else run by someone else. I have a 30 minute lunch break and I can't come here, get a bite to eat, and get back to work on time. F THIS PLACE.
Only drive thru was open.. the line was RIDICULOUSLY long, and some drivers just drove off. Had to wait to have order taken- only could service the car at the pick up window, so sat at the speaker, waiting to order. Then they didn't even have French toast sticks! Only mocha coffeecinos too, uggh. This was not the first bad experience at this location, but it was my last!
My partner and i arrived Saturday evening for the person working drive through to tell us online orders only . We placed a Wendy’s mobile order when we pulled up the person short woman with little individual braids look like a stud?? Her told us she can’t fulfill it she threw all the food away . And only Uber or door dash we asked about a refund she said idk take it up with the app. We asked for the manager she said she was a manager … yall im trying to call the store and no answer can someone point me to the district manager so we can get this rectified this Wendy’s is no help
The employee here are loud and terrible. They scammed me and never gave me a receipt. 3.89 + 2.86 doesn't add to 8.45!! I just hate going to fast food places. Lowest common of ppl work there. Not professional at all.
Every single beverage was unavailable and they wouldn't make my drinks from the fountain machine behind the counter without charging me an extra dollar for each drink So when I told the manager to refund my money for just my drinks she told the employee to give me $2 cash instead of fully refunding my money back on to my debit card
