Three times back to back I have received the wrong sandwich. I order the spicy chicken Asiago meal. And I receive the ghost pepper sandwich each time. Went through the line, first time it was fixed. Second time they also forgot my fries and I mentioned it at the window when explaining the wrong sandwich. When I received the sandwich cold I asked about the fries again. They came out and said they gave me fries in the same bag that had the wrong sandwich. Why would I lie about fries after my sandwich was wrong? Then tonight same things. Got the wrong sandwich.
Rude customer service... The guy working the drive through was short and tempered over the speaker rushing us along as I figured out with my daughter what we were ordering ... Go figure I realize I forgot the frostys as I get to the window and ask to add them... Can you believe he told us no, that he can't do add-ons...? Umm okay... Never before have I ever... Literally suggested I drive back around... And no, it wasn't even busy...
If I could I would give this location a negative 10. Although not entirely sure if it's a management issue. I.E. I asked to use the restroom, the employee showed me where it was, whilst excitingly telling me to watch out for the hallway full of pee pee cups. No joke, human pee pee. He laughed, I left.
This place was comically bad. I sat there and watched 4 people unable to read the screen to determine what drinks they needed to make. It took them over 5 minutes to make 4 drinks with 4 people working on it. It was one of the most shocking displays of incompetence I've witnessed in my life. I think a group of toddlers could have done as well.
Cannot get a simple order right in the drive through.... Won't answer the phone... Not only did we get the wrong order the food sucked.... The poorest service i've ever seen. I could have swore jobs like that were for kids going to college not career moves for middle age people too stupid to do anything else.
This location is the worst. The staff always seem unhappy aka grumpy. The drive thru cashier needs to take speech therapy or something. Can’t understand a word said thru the drive thru speaker. They are always out of something or something is down. And if the card reader is down, put a printed or handwritten sign stating so on the drive thru speaker. Avoiding any inconvenience to the customers.
The food is good enough to deal with the overworked, grouchy drive through woman during lunch. She is not nice but she's fast, so I take the good with the bad. The food is always hot and fresh.Food: 5/5
At breakfast thr lady's are so nice when I come thru to get breakfast for myself and daughter. Amazing customer service I can't remember her name but I'll update when I get thr lady that's always there in the morning.Food: 5/5
Food is trash. The lady working the speaker is absolutely disrespectful. She forgot our potatoes and we drove back through she continued to YELL at my through the speaker and when I pulled up she slammed my hand with them and then smaller the window shut. She's never pleasant.Food: 1/5
The food was hot and tasted great, but the service at the drive-thru was awful. The lady was so rude and rushed us so much I didn’t even get to check if the order was correct. It was not.Food: 4/5
