Wendy's

This Wendy's is a Wendy's. Nothing against the employeee. They are in fact always welcoming and exceptional. Those facts are all the more impressive after taking into consideration the fact that this location is smack dab in the middle of a very action packed intersection. After all of that being said if you don't live in the area you'd probably be better off going to the one closest to you. Due to the location the hours are much tighter then you'd normally find at a Wendy's anyways. <----remark about hours based in fact while the rest TOTALLY based on opinion. I've never been to a more run-down store. The computers weren't working so I couldn't order in the drive-thru. Upon entering the restaurant it was littered with trash. One of 2 soda machines were functioning, the frosty machine was disassembled, and one of the 2 main seating areas was blocked off w trash can and rubber mat on top of it. The condiment station was filthy and there were no napkins available. We only went to this location because of its close proximity to the hospital where our child was being treated. Although the food was good we will try to avoid this location in the future.

Service was good and food tasted fresh , fries were a little spicy today. Ordered the $20 family deal C. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers and four fries.

This one is ok. Not the best Wendy's I've had, but it is quite ok. They only messed up my order once when my baconator only had two patties and cheese. And nothing else. Other then that, they are pretty consistent. Recently, though, I think their Medium drinks shrank in size compared to a few months ago. Inflation lol.

I spent $71 at this Wendy's last night the least I could have gotten was good customer service and a full carton of fries I ordered six meals every single french fry was halfway filled the lady at the drive-through gave me eight beverages and I was being honest and gave her two back so I feel the least I could have got was a thank-you and a full order of fries the burgers were great it just would have been nice if I had something a little bit bigger than a kids meal french fry to go with the tasty and the lady that served my needs to brush up on our customer service skills because hers are pretty much nonexistent

This location is never running smoothly. They are always out of baked potatoes. Short staffed so they close early and sometimes run out of meat offering only single burgers. Management is non existent at this location.

I went today 11/13 at 9:43 am. I ordered two breakfast baconator. One normal, one on a croissant. First time I went, the one on the croissant was missing. I go back to have them fix it. I am given a new sandwich, thinking it's correct was completely incorrect. It was a croissant with egg and cheese and one piece of bacon. I had already went home so I called this place and explain what's wrong. The first lady that had answered wanted me to go back again for the 3rd time so I told them I can not. That's too many times, the phone is handed to someone else and I was told for a refund for the sandwich. The sandwich itself is 6.69 as placed on my receipt. I went back between 12:30 pm to 1 and told them I was told for a refund and the lady at the window only handed me back 4 dollars and some change. I don't care about the change, I'm just upset I went to this locations 3 separate times less than 4 hours and each time, the situation gets worse and leaves me unsatisfied.

Waited in line at the drive thru for about 30 minutes. That new chicken sandwich I ordered could have been prepared fresh with all the time...I’m pretty sure it was microwaved at best. At least the frosty was still cold.

I've always enjoyed eating out at Wendy s and I hope Americans won't hold my rating against them.Food: 4/5

The double stack was delicious. The ingredient were all very fresh. The chicken nuggets were very good as well. The fries were too salty and a little chewy.
