Wendy's

The location is in a little lot on your left if you're coming from HI-1, it could easily be missed if you're not paying attention. I went here to get 4-for-6 for and Apple Pecan salad. The drive thru was fast and the Associates friendly.

Went through the drive thru, ordered, got my food, and after I drove to my destination and opened what I thought would be a tasty burger, along came a spicy chicken with extra mayo, extra tomatoes, and extra lettuce. Sadly, it was not the big bacon classic juicy burger with no onions and extra pickles. I’m a pretty forgiving guy but this wasn’t even during lunch or dinner rush. There were only a few cars present, so yea, one star for robbing me of that juicy burger experience I was really looking forward to. Sad thing is it’s not even worth calling to complain. Though I can imagine how the person who got my juicy burger might feel since they were expecting a spicy chicken with all the extra toppings. Sad day all around.

First time in the aiea store. Food was disgusting snd tasted like the bottom of a fish tank. The hamburger was dry and the fries were stale. The food made me physically sick after eating it. Would not recommend this Wendy's

I enjoy stopping at this Wendy’s since access is easy at the intersection due to a left turn arrow. I used the drive through on my last visit which was fast, efficient with great staff interaction. I ordered a sauce, egg, cheese sandwich with fries. If you like ketchup be sure to ask for the ketchup when you place your order. Pre-Covid visits were always enjoyable with the inside of the restaurant very clean.

Wife got a blonde hair in her sandwich mouth. Took sandwich and hair to manager and showed him the blonde hair and he said blonde? I pointed to his cook and said I think her. He shook his head and said "I don't know but I will get you another sandwich". He couldn't see that she was the only one that had blonde hair with black roots. No hair net! He was nice about it but I don't think I will return to that Wendy's.

Friendly gal taking our order, made our experience over the top enjoyable as she was so engaging! Mahalo J! Food was Wendy's, building a bit dated, but 5 stars for service!

For people who are reading this hopefully I'm an Wendy's employee and our Dining Room is temporarily closed due to short staff and/or workers. Just today 6/30/2022, 2:50PM. We are short to 4 workers working on a busy day. Expect slow orders. This will continue until our boss, Jessica Adolfo hires more people. It'll be a slow process and I'm not sure when we'll open the Dining Room again. Thank you for understanding.

Consistently quality and service for a Wendy's. Frequently visit drive thru. The drive thru usually has a long line so be prepared.

We are fun of Wendy's food. But the shop was very hot I would even say kind of smelling.

Only thing Vegan are the French Fries. Service takes a long time to get your food even if just fries.
