Wendy's

Food took a long time to get, had to ask for the drink cups, half the order sat on the counter and got cold before the rest of the food was ready. Had to ask for the toppings for the baked potato. Both Ketchup dispensers were empty. On a positive note, the cashier did his best with what he had to work with.

This Wendy’s used to be decent and I’m not sure what’s going with it rn. Every time I try to go the line takes forever and often times they will just close for no reason. For now it’s honestly not worth your time or your money.

Sausage biscuit was burned sausage patty specifically. Gave a box of biscuits and gravy on its side in a bag with the lid not sealed at all, just resting on top, so a bunch of gravy spilled out all over the bag, napkins, and the plastic sealed knife and fork.

I should've took pictures. The floor was bad, but every table was absolutely filthy. Even the areas to get your drinks and straws were disgusting. When I showed up there were no others in the place as far as customers. I clearly see why.

Worst Wendy's in Wichita. Incompetent, poor attitude. Being a long time loyal Wendy's client, have been disappointed repeatedly with only this Wendy's.

I ordered a double with cheese. only lettuce, tomato and onions. to drink a coke zero, no ice. THEN GOT EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED ! doesn't happen anywhere 1/4 time even if it's as simple as no pickles. I'll be back... =
