Wendy's

The day before this picture, I was charged $4.61 for a 4 for 4... which every Wendy's I've been to is $4.24 no matter what... the very next day went and was changed $4.24 for my order.. if you don't have any sauce tell customers you don't have it. Instead of asking what I want then not giving me any... the second day the young lady was kind enough to make sure I got sauce. Even though my nuggets were reheated.. I can tell cause they were soggy soft Hopefully she wasn't the one who made this burger though. I know it's fast food. But I wish that people made food that they would want to eat themselves.

I think they heat off it’s freezing in here; and 3 people in the lobby they trying to keep helping the drive thru which makes no sense

I don't usually go to this location because they are very busy all the time but I caught them on a Sunday so it was pretty quick and my order was accurate so I had no complaints. For the people that always come here and are always in a rush please stop throwing your trash outside the windows and doors . I know there are workers that clean up behind everyone an it was a gentleman that swept and soaked the concrete with some type of cleaner and was doing a very well job that day as I sat in the parking lot and ate but it won't be that necessary if we all just did our part an put our trash in our plastic bag and dispose of it when we stop at our local gas station or even driving down the street in a garbage thats on the side of the road . Come on y'all let's help keep our community clean together.

Wow what can I say. This restaurant on 7 mile and Lodge Freeway definitely need a make over. It was terrible outside. The drive through outside pickup was dirty glad the food wasn't placed down. The food was okay but a little leary. Please clean up.Food: 3/5

Food order was freshly made and correct. People at the drive thru pick up were Pleasant and courteous. Vegetarian options: My mom is vegan, and I was able to get the Apple Pecan salad with the meat to the side.

This location prepared me and my spouse's food good. We asked for fries with no salt and that's what we was given. Thanks so much we appreciate that because at other Wendy's locations they never prepare our fries with no salt. The Drive thru line is always long the wait is about 20 mins so when the associates don't prepare our fries with no salt we have to hold the line up even longer so they can prepare our fries with no salt what a shame that should be easy but I guess it's not for quite a bit of the associates at Wendy's. But at this 7 mile and lodge location they did a great job!!!

Wendy's is so fresh. I never feel guilty after eating it and the service is always quick at this placeFood: 5/5

My Chicken Sandwich was partially cooked. I took one bite into it and gagged. I almost threw up the rest of the food so had eaten. Fast food costs too much money to NOT be made to order or a quality product. I don't even eat or like fast food. Only eat it when there's are no alternatives. SMH

This is the best wendys in the area. Always pleasant! Lines can be long sometimes but the service and food make up for it.Food: 5/5

Friendly service and some real good food. An added plus was that the dining room was finally open again so we didn't have to eat in the carFood: 5/5
