Wendy's

The place is a medium size place. It was a little messy but there was someone cleaning. There was a line but the staff was pretty fast. They are not very welcoming but they did there job. They listen to you order and are very fast they know what they doing. I like that there menu shows the right price it says the specific price that's very good. I didn't see no bathroom. You can eat inside or takeout. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance. I would come back here.

Very very popular and busy. This fast food place is just steps away from the harlem train station. That takes you north so If ...you are really easily for your train, you can pop in here for a snack... but be prepared... it is busy. The place seems clean, the staff friendly and relatively efficient. Napkins seem to be by request only at the cashier. Hmmmmm Frosty

I've visited this location a few times and all my visited have been before 1:00P. With that said, in my opinion this is one of the better Wendy's locations I've been to. So far my order hasn't been messed up, and it doesn't take too long to get my food. The staff is well mannered and seem to have a sense of urgency while doing their job. I'm in and out, a good spot to grab a quick early lunch.

Usually good and fast service. But always flooded with drug addicts begging and lounging. The real reason for 2 stars instead of the desire 4 stars I wanted to give them is cause they Don't stand by their online hours. I went numerous times on Friday and Saturday around 2am and they said they close at 3am and they were already closed. I don't understand why someone would represent late servicing at a specific time and not stand by it. But over all the food quality is great. I'm hungry!!! So once again a disappointment towards this location. At this point I choice not to give thwm.my service any longer. 2 times in a week they have either forgotten something from my order or got my order completely wrong. I ordered a 4 for 4 and requested for my chicken sandwhich to have nothing at all in it when I got home what do i see mayo and lettuce sigh. Then my nuggets was covered cooked and some rubber like thing was stuck on one of them. I use to love this restaurant sad to see it struggle so badly.

Well we're do I begin.... This location is dirty. The floors the walls the counters all dirty. They don't seem to have a care for being clean. The staff taking my order on both visits have given me attitude. The cashier on tonight's visit was named Erica. The shift was 8.29pm the register was on the right hand side. I have no idea what was wrong with her but her whole demeanor was unpleasant. She had a mean scowl and for no reason. She did not offer a smile at all. She did not say please or thank you. She did not try and sell me more items or add on anything. Losing out on business will get Wendy's nowhere in today's market we're even once giants like McDonald's are struggling. I really won't be returning. I spent 30$ on 3 burgers 2 large fries and a large drink and a potatoe...... I could do better other places and actually feel happy when leaving.

I go here weekly. Daquan is a hard worker and deserves a raise, been seeing him here for years. They are usually on point with the orders. Some addicts come here to use the restroom but they kick them out swiftly and call the cops if need be. Great managers and staff.

The workers got my order right. I don't like anything on my burgers. It was ready in a reasonable time. This place has too many people inside asking the customers for extra money.

The burgers are delicious and we just got the coupons in the circulars so those came in handy. Otherwise the food is good because it's been a long time since me and my mom been to Wendy's.

It's a good Wendy's with good food and nice staff, but the panhandlers make it an uncomfortable experience. You will asked for money by the guy opening the door for you and then again while you are in line. They should hire security and clean the place up.
