Wendy's

I made a mobile order and in picking up from the drive thru, I asked for some ketchup packets. I was quickly dismissed by the worker, stating that the ketchup was already inside the bag. Needless to say, there was no ketchup in there. Furthermore, the meal was stale. The only part of my order that was good was the drink, Coke. Bottom line, I was disappointed with the service and will avoid going to Wendy's at that location. Very new looking location.

This location gets worse with each visit. Cold fries, old Baked potato or none at all, salads are ALWAYS brown. Today I had a #7, I think its the Homestyle chicken sandwich. It was so bad! It must have set out for hours then thrown back in the fryer. The inside of the chicken was hard and the outside had a funny texture. I ended up throwing away more than half of the sandwich. I don't think I will be returning to this location

This was the best ever experience I had at a Wendy's. The person that took my order, explained my coupons, and checked me out was so polite and customer oriented. I was calm and happy when I left

The first time I went in their drive-though we were waiting for our food at the window and saw two young employees throwing food at each other. We went again on a different day and we saw one of the employees holding a drink lid with his mouth. This is unacceptable during the pandamic!

I visited this location at 12:32Am for a quick bite and got the best customer from any Wendy's ever. Food was as expected but the cashier Darwin C was very friendly and had my food and drinks ready at the first window because the second took to long. Didn't hesitate to bring me extra sauce and threw in extra. Very satisfied with this visit.

Needs new ceiling tiles due to possible mold HVAC or ceiling leak. Nice soda machine but always lacking options and needs refilled. Staff nice and food hot.

This review is for service I received on July 3rd well 4th because it was 12:30am Whoever worked that closing shift just gave up all together. I come here frequently because it’s closest to my home, and I crave salad on the regular. On this night, they had enough of being good at anything. I ordered spicy Caesar salad. She pushed the bag through the window without even saying anything, then when I got home it was the nastiest ever! Lettuce was wet & soggy, no blue cheese, paid for extra chicken but didn’t get any. DEAR MANAGER, YOU NEED ENERGETIC PPL FOR THIS SHIFT. The big one taking the order was very disgusting at customer service.

They were very nice. I asked for baked potatoes 2 and they weren't ready so she offered me something while I was waiting. So I got fries.

there's is no way to give them a zero star and report them with the Food and Drug Administration for not following their food safety standards, i got served a raw spicy chicken sandwich, i hope a manager or owner could train their cooks better, and maybe get them certified with food safety.

The only real reason to go to Wendy's is for a frosty. That's basically it. Nothing else is really worth it, except if you're drunk and have no rational thoughts in your head. So its 11:30pm and I'm craving a frosty. Wendy's ad on TV brags about how they are open until 1am, AND SHOWS A FROSTY ON THE TV! So I drive out of my way to go there, and guess what? "Sorry we dont serve frosties after a certain time." What time is that?! The time when some teenager decides he is too lazy to clean out the machine at the end of the night so they just decide to stop serving them? 1 star, because 0 isnt an option.
