I had a coupon for buy 1 BACONATOR and get another for $1.....it should have been ....buy 1 BACONATOR....get 1 more for FREE , for actually buying this overpriced mess !!! FAR.... FAR from the pictures they post everywhere! The "far from BACON" BACONATOR is just a beef sandwich with small pieces of bacon added, to boost the price...or make you think you're getting , what they advertise on posters , etc. Maybe they could have deleted spending money, for the 1,000's of posters in the county and add a few more pieces of BACON... To actually make it a BACONATOR! If you enjoy wasting your money.....this is the place to be .... PS....Read a comment that the BACONATOR has 6 pieces of bacon on it !!! I counted 2 , cut in half , and sold to me !!! Haven't heard a "peep" from anyone in the company , since this posting....i guess i wouldn't respond either , if i just "robbed" someone !

Drive through system was “down” so we had to order inside. Poor service slow, not friendly, dirty/rundown looking, food was cold, and drinks were not cold no ice….?!?. There was only one person there waiting for food when we arrived, more than 4 people working, and it still took like 20 minutes for our food. Update 9/2022- this tiny cheese cup was 85 cents and 1/4 full. Cmon Wendy’s.

I purchased a baked potato that was old and broken. I was in a rush so I didn’t check the bag before I left. Please don’t sell something like this to anyone else. Vegetarian options: I ordered a baked potato

Every time I order online I get some messed up order old food or someone else's. AFTER I've paid delivery fees tip I have absolutely nothing. Sorry to admit this but it's always in the urban neighborhoods. RIDICULOUS. This wendys us dangerous and should be inspected because the food is even old. I wouldn't be surprised if there was rats in this location be safe

Day manager latinex man was training drive through workers today and was very very rude to them in front of customers, then was very rude to me about my order. He the manager had no clue what my order was and gave me attitude about not having my frosty key chain out and ready for him when he couldn't be bothered to figure out my order. The day manager needs to bed fired. What a jerk.

It’s called fast food but I had to wait a half an hour for a meal. This is ridiculous, the works slow as hell & they do everything but pack order & make food, somebody need some explaining to do…PLEASE DONT GO HERE

DONT go here !!! I ordered plain chicken sandwich and they put mayo & tomato and a BUG was on my food !!!! I will NEVER eat here again disgusting. This place should be inspected

soooo to say the service was subpar would be an understatement the cashier walked away while I was at the counter.... And they managed to mess up not only my m order but the 3 customers orders that were behind me suffice it to say I will not be visiting this so called establishment again

The fry's were good. The gentleman who took my order was very polite but he couldnt hear me because his coworkers were playing around and making noise. The store and the bathroom were horrible. Very dirty

In my younger days Wendys was my spot only go now and then these days and I happen to go today, always loved their spicy chicken sandwich one thing for certain and two things for sure that is not the same spicy chicken I got in the past, it was very disappointing, I never want another one, that’s the thing about life the more time goes on the quality of everything goes down, the prices go up of course though, smdh, wicked!
