If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. It’s definitely not the Uber eats fault either. I’m not sure who is running this ghetto sad excuse of a Wendy’s but your line cooks need to figure it out. The audacity of this burger speaks volumes. Don’t even add “lettuce” or “sauce” at this point. 0/10 worst experience I’ve ever had. I hope you guys go out of business. Sincerely, someone who isn’t giving you a penny ever again.
Had multiple attempts at visiting this Wendy's today. First attempt was at 09:10 when they claim to be open for dine-in. Not true. Even tried to follow a staff member in one of the doors when he was returning from taking trash out. Door slammed in my face and locked without any explanation. Tried again at 16:30. All doors locked and a sign outside as per the attached picture. This Wendy's is located in close proximity to numerous hotels so I imagine quite a high percentage of it's customers are on foot. Not sure if my experience is down to incompetent management or lazy staff. Either way I'll never be back.
The drive through is quick and the food comes out hot and correct. Other than that it's a pretty standard Wendy's. Inside is kinda depressing, not sure why that is, maybe the lighting. Service also seems slower inside. Stick to the drive-through.
Giving this place 2 stars only bc the food was good. I had 2 ppl in my car and we used 2 coupons. 1 that said $5.99 for a Dave’s double combo and the second coupon for 1 free spicy chicken sandwich. This place charged me $6.19 which wasn’t the price shown on coupon. Now I’m not complaining about the price exactly more the fact that we live in Oregon with no sales taxes and the price should match what’s shown on the coupon. I asked the guy at the window why this was and his only answer he could come up with was it’s always been that way that he doesn’t know why it rings up like that. I didn’t want to argue with the guy as I was in the drive thru with cars behind me and this guy didn’t know what he was talking about. I use to work at Wendy’s and there is a way to punch in coupon numbers he just didn’t know and didn’t try to find out for me. I tried calling and no one would answer, left a message and more than 24hrs later no call back. I’m putting this out there so others know they don’t need to be taken advantage of and these organizations need to stand by what is listed on their coupons sent out. Stop the false advertisement then just to get customers if you really can’t punch in the amount listed on your coupons!! This just creates angry customers for yourself who will decide to take their business elsewhere.
Fastest wendys I've ever been to. Garlic fries tasted like any you'd get in a regular restaurant so that was impressive. Hard to beat a 444 anyhowFood: 5/5
Everything was great but the area was kinda sketchy. Example, there was a pan handler by the exit and I gave them part of what I ordered for my family. Sharing is caring, but I was sad there was no dine in option and then that happened. Makes me sad. Also bought a free frosty card but they didnt use it on my purchase. Is it policy they dont use it on the first purchase? Vegetarian options: Salad and veggie burger i think. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available i think. Parking: Prob 12 to 20 spots Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and handicap spots. Electric door button.
well they were not open to walk in customers for the last couple months. now they are open but require you to order from the app they make you install even though people are there and could feasibly take your order. the app is glitchy and wouldn’t let me delete things it seemed to be automatically adding to my order. their suggestion was to stand in between cars in the drive thru and order that way. while there’s three employees standing there with their computers ready to go. f off wendys. waste of time apps make me so angry about the world in general. i’m hangry.
The grand ave. Wendy’s I went to today was backed up and slow. Went inside and was ignored until I left. I like your food, will not go to your store because of slow service. Looked to me like the multiple of people working there were asleep and could care less about customers. I will not come back. Sick of excuses.
This location, though it can get busy, always seems to get people taken care of quickly. I also haven't had any issues with missing/ wrong items either. Not to mention the employees are always kind.Food: 4/5
Frosties were MELTED!!! Tasted like expired milk left out to suffer alone, while the other milks were in the fridge, put in there by a well trained employee. The peppermint part, it tasted like someone spoke the word “peppermint” to the menu item, and it now identified as a peppermint frosty.
