Ordered a #1 double with a Hi-C. Got something totally different. Drink was an iced tea. Burger was just a jr burger. Definitely didn’t receive what I paid for. Nuggets were undercooked. Almost tasted pasty. Not a good experience .
DO NOT GO HERE! Got served raw chicken. Was super hungry, so I ate half of it before I realized. The lady behind the register was really nice about it and gave me a refund at least, but I don't think I'll ever eat at any Wendy's again after this.Food: 1/5
Doesn’t matter if you’re here in person or if you order online, they rarely get your order right. Came here for breakfast one day drive through and they confirmed it was breakfast and didn’t have their menu switched to breakfast?? Yeah sure let me just guess what I’m getting. Pay your employees more and maybe you’ll get a little more than subpar. Also beware if you don’t eat meat and choose to get their cheesy or queso fries. They threw some sort of meat in mine. Didn’t give our card back either.
I should not be watching full grown adults yell at teenagers. Fast food is stressful enough, and it’s honestly completely unprofessional and makes the customers uncomfortable. I had no issue with the person who took my order, but the person who was her manager I think? I’m not fully sure was yelling at her and she simply took it because what else was she supposed to do. This seems like a very toxic work environment, and it was clear all the customers in the building were extremely unsettled from it. My order was done correctly but no one wants to go to a location where they watch people get yelled at.
If you’re looking for something fast, cheap & quick, just starve. For a drive thru, the wait time was atrocious. Service was below mid and let me tell you, if you like your fast food with a side of extra long hair strands this is the go to place! From your chicken sandwich to the soda you’re handed, guaranteed some long strands of hair every time! Oh and if you like to be greeted by someone at the window who is higher than a kite on a summer day at the beach, definitely this is the location to be.
A Dave's Single with extra lettuce extra tomato extra pickle always hits the spot. Add medium fries and a medium Original Frosty and I'm a happy camper. If you download their App, 99% of the time you can get a buy one get one single. Such a deal... EnjoyFood: 5/5
If I could give zero stars or even negative stars I would. This was THE worst experience at the Londonderry Wendy's. I don't usually review but tonight I needed to speak my mind. First of all Nancy at the drive thru was less than pleasant, was eating nuggets at the register and on her phone as well. Then the crew in the back were fooling around on their phones working if you could call it that with food with NO GLOVES ON. One girl wiped her nose with her fingers. There was a huge line behind us. The crew continued to be on phones taking pictures of each other while people are waiting for food! The only kid that seemed to be working was a young man with a brown winter hat on. We felt sorry for the poor guy putting up with these girls. Food wasn't even hot! Will not be going back.
Went to Wendy's Londonderry for a quick meal. The service was great! No hassle with the clerk! The clerk knew the products and very helpful with my order! The Baconator burger I purchased was hot and fresh! Take note, Burger King and McDonald's! Wendy's is mowing your lawn! Keep up the great work Wendy's of Londonderry!! Kid-friendliness: Very patient staff!
The friendliness of the staff is very hit and miss. But the quality of food put out is always bad. Something is always missing, always. I’ll go elsewhere or to a competent Wendy’s location.Food: 1/5
Went through drive thru, ordered food, 1st window for paying, gave Debit Card, asked for receipt, was told 2nd window. 2nd window yoyng girl handed me food, then I asked for receipt. Well, you think I asked fir gold! The young girl goes “what”? I repeated myself, jc, four more employees came over to window, the window closes and she yells to someone she wants a receipt. I had employees, 3, staying outbthe window dumb founded! A der, what do we do? I gave you my debit card, made a purchase, should receive a receipt back! Im sorry you had my debit card behind a closed window, how to I know how many times you slid through and how much $$ I was charged. You see stories about people card being used afterwards. Give them proper training and I am the consumer who pays part of your paycheck. Get a brain, it doesn’t cost much and it won’t be on my dime, whether Wendy’s or the Ritz Carlton!
