Trash! Placed a mobile order before leaving the house live 10 min away just for us to have to wait 5 minutes in line with no other cars there. Didn't realize until we got home they gave us sweet tea even though we ordered unsweetened
We had to wait and we were the only car in line. Horrible experience. Manager out of uniform. Drive thru person had on a backwoods coat? Seriously, this made me hate Wendys.

Young lady at the window is not wearing a mask at all. Every other employee in building is wearing one and she is not. She is the only employee directly facing the customer. As of 9:08am on Jan 5, 2020.
They served the car in front of us at 830 and then told us they weren't taking orders anymore immediately afterwards. Ridiculous
