I ordered through door dash & they completely messed up my order. I tried calling serval times to get reimbursed or discuss alternatives & no one answered the phone. I ordered a Coca Cola & received a lighter colored drink that tastes like sprite & ginger ale , I never received my fries, & on top of that my jr bacon cheeseburger came with nothing but the bread & patty. Would never order anything from this Wendy’s location again.

The staff here is incredibly rude and unprofessional most of the time. Parking lot has uneven surfaces. The food is usually fresh so it all depends what you're willing to roll the dice.Recommended dishes

The manger here was very rude & disrespectful. When I was simply just asking her how to use a coupon. I even wanted a refund, but couldn’t even ask for it. To not get yelled at by her again. Didn’t even bother eating the sandwich. Just a waste of money don’t bother coming here! Being a manger she doesn’t know how to speak to her customers. Even her own workers look like they’re scared of her she even speaks to them in a horribly way!!!

We ordered our food through uber eats. And this is the worst Wendy's ever. Our food was thrown in the bag. If I would have known it was from this location I wouldn't have ordered from here.The packaging was horrible They didn't give us all of our items. They also sent us drinks that we didn't order.Food: 1/5

I usually love to go to Wendy's. The food was handled and prepared great , fries were on point and the burger was extremely neat . Service here is always ridiculously slow. 45 minutes waiting in drive-thru. If you are in a rush don't waste your timeFood: 4/5

There is always a long wait in this particular Wendy's and for some strange reason whenever I used to order whatever that Spicy Sandwich on the pretzel bun with the jalapeños, I'd order the CHICKEN sandwich and it would always come as a burger. Whether I went in and order or went through a food delivery app.Food: 4/5

Wouldn't recommend this location just left there with no food because this light skin female employee with five shade to dark Dr awn on eyebrows behind the registers was acting incompetent of taking my order got made cause i repeated my order which she didn't get right then the she says "don't talk to me like that shawty" I was so confused like what she was very unprofessional I wasn't about to spend nor argue with a fry cool so I just walked away mind you this is a 10:00 pm the place is empty besides the delivery men so then I just pulled up to the drive through to speak to the manger which I don't believe was a real manger just says 'ok "ok" "so would you like to order here" hell np am her will definitely be speaking to cooperate tomorrow.

Been waiting for almost an hour now for picking up an order. Worst customer service ever. They need to hire new employees asap. The ones working there are total bums.

This place is the worst Wendy's I ever been to. I made a mistake with my order and the lady who took my money had the biggest atitude. I ordered a 2 for $3 breakfast sandwish it was horrible the biscutt was cold and hard the egg was half cooked no bacon and the sauage was also cold. I will never go back there again.

If I could give this a negative rating I would. I ordered via door dash from this Wendy’s location. My salad arrived with what looks like a scorpion claw in my salad. This is absolutely disgusting and FILTHY. This isn’t even the only issue with this location either they always take 10,000 years to prepare your order, then they do and this is what you receive. BE AWARE
