False advertising. Traveled 5 hours from South Carolina to Atlanta to meet Paul Stanley at his art gallery. The advertisment said that Paul would meet the public between 5-8. We called because the advertisment said to RSVP so we did that as well and they also said to arrive early. The day of the event today June 16 2018 came and we called once again to clarify the details and everything has changed. They said the only way to for sure meet Paul would be to purchase a piece of his work but if we wanted to wait in line we could. We arrived at 11:00 am viewed the gallery and was the first ones in line. The staff was snobby, acted money hungry, and treated the public like garbage such as talking about us the public laughing, pointing, and making jokes. We were never given updates on the situation of IF Paul would meet us or not they even extended the line for the public and went as far as taking a picture of everyone in line to post on social media or a news paper of sorts. Yet nobody in the line got to meet Paul. A woker named Linda if I recall correctly was very disrespectful to a disabled man who was along side of us in line, he went to ask her a question and she cut him off mid sentence and walked away. This whole experience for my family and I was terrible I do not ever recommend anyone to go to this establishment.

Went in to tour the gallery with friends and being that I’m an artist my myself, began to ask questions about the style and theme of the showcase. The salesperson was unknowledgeable, useless and couldn’t answer basic questions I had concerning the art. It’s unfortunate that rudeness and unprofessionalism lost them a sell. Spend your money in a place that has class and customer service to match.
