Werco Carpeting and Flooring

We loved working with Juliana. She was very responsive and her options for flooring were amazing and haven’t seen anything similar from any of the other flooring companies out there. We had a carpet runner for our stairs and upstairs hallway installed. I initially resisted the idea of carpet on the beautiful wood stairs but needed to install some because of our aging pets. The results were beautiful. So glad we used her company! Her staff were very professional and went the extra mile during installation. They checked in with me during the entire process to make sure I was happy with how things were being done. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

I hired WERCO flooring to install Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring in my basement and Pull and Loop Carpet in the upstairs level of my townhome. They also installed carpet on two curved staircases. I am very pleased with the quality of materials supplied by WERCO as well as the installation of these products. I worked mainly with Juliana throughout the project and she was helpful, responsive, and professional. Additionally, Juliana recommended flooring products that suited the style of our home and would stand up to pets and stains. I was a bit overwhelmed with the endless amount of LVP and carpet choices available, but Juliana listened to our needs and then recommended products in our price points. When I asked to order a second set of samples of carpet and LVP, she didn't hesitate and had them sent directly to my home. The installation team was prompt, respectful, and did quality work. They moved our large pieces of furniture, swept up dust, and vacuumed the newly installed carpets. The WERCO PL even came to our house the weekend before carpet installation to cut out the old carpet around the edge of the stairs, so we could repaint the trim to accommodate the new lower pile carpet-- an above and beyond service! Working with WERCO made the process of replacing two whole levels of flooring in our townhouse, easy and stress-free. The floors look great and we have not stopped receiving compliments on them.

The entire process went smoothly; I initiated contact by e-mail, sent drawings/pictures and then they came out to do exact measurements and a site inspection. They installed the carpeting within about a week of getting the contract/deposit and everything went smoothly with the installation. Last year I had a sub-optimal experience with a DIFFERENT company that installed carpeting on another floor of my house. The experience with WERCO was a lot better and more professional. The pricing seemed fair. I'm sure there are companies who would do the work for less and I'm sure there are companies who would do the work for more.

Werco provides excellent customer service, experience and good work. We have special tile carpet that requires specific treatment and have had no problems with Werco. They take care of our carpet and keep them clean and bright we have white/cream carpet twice a year. I highly recommend.

Working with Julianna was a pleasure. She had great ideas for our flooring and carpet needs. She worked with me presenting both high-end, middle, and lower end products. She was very flexible and helpful. I highly recommend WERCO.

I have used WERCO for a few homes and they do a great job. Recently the installed high-end shaw carpet on my entire second floor and stairs. What impressed me the most was the install was not an easy one, it was a patterned carpet and it had to line up perfectly to look right. They didn't leave until they reached perfection. Myself and a family member used a different company and after a few years their carpet needed to be restreached in a few areas their carpet company wanted $100 just to come out and see the job and then said they might not be able to fix it and if they could they might charge even more. On another job WERCO did for me my carpet had a similiar issue near a doorway typical and not werco's fault. I called Carlos owner and told him about it, he set guys out the next day to fix it, no questions asked. He even followed up after to thank me for my business and to make sure I was happy with everything. Will use them again.
