A nice mobile home/permanent camper park. People are friendly & the park is kept clean & well maintained. There is a marina here, playground with splash pad, sand volleyball & shuffleboard, community pool with a new large pavilion & a lifeguard on staff. There is also a community center & lots of events throughout the year. The only down side is that if you stay here & plan to go to the beach, you will sit in a lot of traffic. If you're here to boat, you will do great. The park is right on the Rehoboth bay.

I love the place because we have a beach house there and it is amazing. Great for riding boats

Been here for many years and it is a great place. Right on Rehoboth Bay
The pool, marina, park are all very nice. 
Sitting under your umbrella at the community pool watching Rehoboth Bay.
