West Coast Cabinets and Countertops

Just finished a major remodel with John from West Coast Cabinets & Countertops and his crew. We did the kitchen and bathroom remodels down to the studs and back. The entire job was complete in under 1 month, just as he said it would be. We are detail people, and John was all about getting the details exactly how we wanted them. John's crews were great to work with and very flexible. All changes/additions to the project that we requested as the project went on were priced fairly, and executed perfectly. John also worked his schedules around two other crews that weren't his foundation crew and window installers with great professionalism. Above all, the communication was excellent, so any concerns that arose were quickly resolved. When we chose West Coast Cabinets & Countertops, we did so because we believed that John would not only execute the contract, but he would also be dedicated to making sure we loved it, and we do.

We found out about West Coast Cabinets & Countertops through a recommendation from our Realtor. We have used West Coast Cabinets & Countertops for two of our homes now; both for extensive remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms. We found John’s suggestions spot on, and he was instrumental in helping us locate and select various hardware pieces. His crews did an absolutely fabulous job and we will most certainly use West Coast Cabinets & Countertops again!

Picked up a piece of quartz from John for our RV. We are very happy with how it turned out. Really brightened it up and adds a nice customized look and higher durability than the wood top.

I found this company through kraftmaids website. Over the phone I specifically stated I wanted my kitchen refaced, not entirely redone. They said that is a service they provide and come down to discuss it. Upon getting down there they stated they only do new kitchens. They lie over the phone and do not respect your time from the start. Do business anywhere else.

Hired West Coast cabinets to replace the damaged granite in my kitchen. Everything was fine until I paid my deposit than everything changed. I was told I would be contacted for someone to come out and install the new countertops and when that didn't happen I called them and was finally given an installation date. On the day of my Installation I was told by the installers the measurements for my countertops were wrong and they would only be installing the countertop for the kitchen island. I called the front office and was told someone would call me back because everyone was supposedly out of the office. When West Coast cabinets failed to contact me I called the owner who I felt was giving me the run around and not giving me a direct answer when I asked him when he expected the countertops to be in. I finally asked my brother in law to contact West Coast cabinets and he told me there not responding to his emails or phone calls. They are non responsive . They are playing games.

Painfully poor customer service. Poor quality. No calls when cabinet arrived. Contract stated delivery & installation included however had to negotiate to get 1 of 2 items delivered. Larger item delivered damaged with door missing. Wrong door reordered. When correct door ordered, no customer notification. Manager could care less. Will never use again.

They did our counters back in 2017 we finally are ready for the island reasonable prices Especially now.

They laid my countertop over my cabinets with a 3 inch overhang that looks terrible. The owner swore that this was the way it was suppose to look. After speaking with the guy who actually did the work, they admitted that they measured it wrong. To make good, they agreed to do my small half bath downstairs with 1 cabinet for free as replacing the kitchen counter would be too expensive. They ultimately did not do this....do yourself a favor, pay 10% more somewhere else and receive quality work.
