They were delivered on schedule six weeks during Covid which is rare. The quality and craftsmanship of the furniture is stunning! We couldn’t be happier - Thanks!

I recently commissioned a custom “James” pearsall style couch to be made. I could not be more satisfied and I cannot give enough praise for the quality. The craftsmanship is top notch and the materials used are top notch. I am beyond satisfied with the sofa I ordered and will definitely buy another piece. DO NOT order from this shop. The couch I purchased never arrived. I ordered a sofa in early February 2022 with expected delivery of early April 2022. End of March, Luis contacts me saying the sofa is ready to ship. He said it was picked up by a shipping agent at the beginning of April. Luis did not provide a tracking number once it was picked up by that agent. By mid April, the couch had not arrived. 3rd week in April, I contacted Luis and he said the shipping agent did not have any foreseeable plans of dropping off my couch, even though they had apparently picked it up from his shop in Los Angeles 3 weeks prior. I wasted months on this and Luis wasn't even interested in trying to figure out what happened with the shipping agent. No effort made to coordinate a new shipping agent, call me to discuss other options, etc. Utterly disappointed and a complete waste of my time. I'm now back to square one with finding a new couch where other companies have even longer lead times. I should have gone with a different company from the beginning.

We love our new couch. I was trying to find the perfect couch for a while until I heard about West Coast Modern LA. They were able to customise the couch to our exact needs without making it much more expensive. the customer service is great and the quality of the couch is amazing. Honestly, you get so much more for your money at this place!

I have bought several items from WCMLA and am enjoying them all immensely! The style combined with quality materials and workmanship will last as long as I’m around. These are made in Los Angeles. So nice to get great furniture made in the USA. Alex in the Palm Springs store has provided outstanding service and attitude. I highly recommend West Coast Modern LA

I'm so grateful to Luis for his patience and flexibility in helping me pick a desk. He went above and beyond to work with my budget and needs. Now I have the desk of my dreams. Thank you again!

This is my FAVORITE place to shop! I have purchased unique pieces, as well as had Luis make me a beautiful custom Mid Mod piece to fit perfectly where I needed it! The customer service is beyond wonderful, and the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality!

Dishonest, don't waste your time. All their furniture is fake replicas and they aren't in good shape. They're all dirty, fading and cheap. What they call "new" is dirty junk.
