Awesome experience all around. The guys in the showroom were really helpful, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They were able to hold the safe for me for over a month and when I was ready for install they were very quick and responsive to set up delivery. On day of install they showed up on time and were very professional. The guys had all the correct gear to move/install and there was 0 damage/scuffs/scratches even moving a large heavy safe. They triple checked that the safe was installed exactly where I wanted and were done with install within 30 minutes. The guys also took extra time to go over all the details of the safe with me. I would recommend anyone buy from this company- great selection, great customer service, professional, and fast.

Contacted West Cost Safes for assistance to relocate a safe. Staff was very helpful with answering my questions and any concerns I had. Communication was clear and prompt. The appointment setup process was quick and simple. They arrived within the estimated time frame. They easily unbolted the safe from the floor and moved with care into the truck. They arrived with the safe to the new location and moved it to the desired location, then bolted it to the floor. They upheld great attention to details with very prompt and professional service. Don’t hesitate to contact West Coast Safe for relocation or sales. They were great and will no doubt be able to help you. Many thanks to the staff for the relocation as well as addressing any questions and concerns I had. I have not been their show room, but looking forward to visiting soon.

We had an excellent experience with West Coast Safes. They were knowledgeable about all the safes in there show room. Answered all our questions and even brought things to our attention we were not thinking about. Install was a breeze. Overall everyone in this organization is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Secondly, pricing was very fair and upfront, no surprise fees or price increases. Would recommend them for all your safe purchases.

I can’t say enough great things about West Coast Safes. I purchased a safe from them approximately 2 years ago and already had it moved to my second house. These guys are great amazing awesome attitude very polite and respectful. They always call with an exact eta and don’t show any signs that they are delivering or picking up a safe. Great experience buying the safe! All the way from oogling the safes at the store, to having it delivered and installed in my house. Once you start researching buying a safe, you will quickly find yourself going down a deep dark rabbit hole. Brad was very knowledgeable and friendly and provided great information and insight. The entire crew was fantastic! I will definitely be bringing my business back to West Coast Safes!!

West Coast is excellent. They sell safes made in the USA and my recommendation is buy one from America! I had one made in china and it lasted 10 years…then when I really need it to open? Open sesame no work! So I went to West Coast, bought American and scheduled a delivery, install and pick up of this broken 900# anchor. They were in and out clean install in 40 minutes. All your security needs are right here. Anthony is awesome inside and Steve and Chris are your installers. Go with the best….go with West Coast!!

The staff in the showroom at West Coast Safes are so courteous, professional and helpful. The delivery crew for my safe were careful and skilled during the installation process. They also made sure the safe opened properly and that all of the interior accessories and shelves were also working and properly installed. Great people! I highly recommend West Coast Safes and give them 5 stars.

This place is the Go To for all things Safes!! The show room floor has everything you could possibly need and more. The sales staff are awesome and not pushy at all. They know everything about each safe and if not they will find you the answers. I purchased a large 50 gun safe and had their team deliver. They delivered and were on time. The install was exactly what they told me it would be and at the end of the day I had a great experience

West Coast Safes always seems to exceed my expectations. This time I got to have a safe delivered...in the rain, with slippery concrete, on a slope. They handled it like the pros they are with a can do attitude and a smile on their face and laughter in their hearts. They worked well together and seemed to have a genuine bond with each other and quickly completed their work and were on their way. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a safe. They truly treated me like family from start to finish.

Had a great experience for every visit we had. We came by at least two or three times before making a final decision. No pressure on buying, and everyone provided as much info as they could. Lead time for delivery was several weeks, and there was an issue before delivery was done that led for us to wait several more weeks for our original purchase. Delivery guys were great, and installation was super-quick. Would recommend.
