Came here based off reading the great reviews on Yelp and Google and I could not be happier. Needed an appraisal for my newly purchased engagement ring and Howie went beyond my expectations. 1. Howie was very informative, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Being one of the few GIA graduates in Brooklyn, Howie walked me through the entire appraisal process, and gave me recommendations for ring insurance. Equally as important, he was honest and open throughout our conversations. There's a reason why West End has been in business for more than 75 years, servicing local and customers from afar and for generations. 2. Appraisal was only $50. This was the fairest price I've gotten, and didn't depend on carat size, etc. Masks were worn and social distancing was practiced. I'll be returning for my wedding bands soon! Thanks Howie!

This is by far the best jeweler we have ever been to. We have been using him for 20 years and his prices are fair, his dealings are honest, and the quality exceeds anything that you can get in that price range anywhere. We would never go to the big chain stores that you see in the TV commercials because they skimp on quality. And we don't go to the fancy upscale Jewelers because their prices are usually between 5 and 10 times higher. I saw a ring from Cartier that costs $15,000 but it costs $1,500 here for The Identical ring at identical quality. We have had so many great experiences with this place that at this point we would never consider going anywhere else again.
