West Maple Dental Specialists

We absolutely love Drs. Secola, she is always so sweet to my son and I, she has always been understanding of our religious beliefs and even had on hand kosher jello specially for my son after a procedure he had done; this was very sweet and something she didn't have to do, yet did. I've never met her outside of her west maple location however over the years I have been blessed to know her not just as my sons dentist but as the beautiful, understanding, hard working and caring person she is. She works so very hard to support her own child and family and she shows up to work through her own ups and downs in life and makes the best of things, she is a woman i am truly inspired by. We have been coming to her since my sons first ever dentist visit, we tried another dentist last yr as we moved almost 3hrs away to a small town but decided we would rather make the trip knowing that we are in good hands with Drs. Secola and we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Drs. Secola for everything you do, you are very much appreciated.

I have been coming here for years and they always do an incredible job. Very flexible with my schedule and very patient towards my kids. Highly recommend.

Growing up in a small town, I never knew the value of a pediatric dentist until six years ago when I began taking my children to see Dr. Secola. I appreciate the education she provides me to help me care for my children's dental hygiene. I appreciate that she holds me and my children accountable for their dental hygiene. I appreciate her devotion to the development of her staff. I look forward to seeing "the girls" when I take my children to the dentist. I recommend West Maple Dental to all in the Omaha region!

This is the most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. From the doctor to the staff. They call late at night, don’t return calls for weeks at a time, and don’t know what they’re doing period!! I scheduled my initial appointment for my daughter and had to wait 1.5 hours to just find out they didn’t have the right X-rays. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Her temp was high due to a 100 degree day. They wouldn’t retake it; i understand that. For 5 weeks I left message after message to reschedule. All of this started in July. By October 23rd are finally has another appt. When i made the appointment they said it would be sedation. Her father took her to the appointment and called me and told me to call up there because they weren’t being clear with what she needed. I did and they wouldn’t tell me anything or let me talk to the dentist. They gave him papers when he left and told him he would need to go to Boys Town for her sedation. I don’t know why, but whatever. Then they call a week later to schedule another appointment. I tried to tell the lady that were unprofessional. She kept cutting me off when I spoke I told her I would go somewhere else and to just give me release papers for records. They wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your children. If you do go here or your children are being seen here make sure this don’t happen to your children. My fife year old needed a crown on his left side and the procedure was done very unprofessional as you can see in the picture. So please please make sure this don’t happen to your loved ones in this place highly recommended a different dental.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Secola and her staff. I have been bringing my children to West Maple Dental for over 20 years! At this point they are almost like family. Dr. Secola really loves what she does and it shows! She genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She provides excellent pediatric dental services. I highly recommend Dr. Secola!

Long story short Dr. Secola does not stand behind her work. She placed some crowns on my son's teeth in March. In Dec while we were driving to visit family when one of his crowns just fell off and we had to pay another dentist to fix it. Upon asking Dr. Secola about being compensated she refused claiming that we could have come back there and they would have fixed it. I guess she wanted my son who is only 4 to deal with the pain for the two weeks we were visiting family.

Told me my daughter whose 5 years old, needs 7 crowns and 4 fillings. I believed them. Was on a wait list for her appointment for three months. The morning before they left me a message in spanish that I assumed was them confirming my appointment. Showed up the day of her appointment and they said she wasnt allowed to eat for three hours before, and apparently thats what the message said. She had eaten two hours before. They wouldnt do any work on her said they were too busy even of we waited the extra hour, and that the dentist was leaving early that day. Booked another appointment for two months out. Took her to a different pediatric dentist who said she only needed 3 caps and a filling. Wow was this place trying to get over on us. So rude. I dont know why they would assume to leave a message in Spanish either.

Terrible experience here once they find out your insurance they will milk your pockets, not to mention they are rude and unprofessional. Do not I repeat DO NOT take your children here! So unorganized one receptionist to another doesn’t know what’s going on. Stay far far away!
