Super friendly staff, who are knowledgable and very helpful. I went in looking for life vests and they were able to find just what my kids and I needed for our trip. I was greeted as soon as I entered and within a few minutes, we were chatting like old friends. A great experience. I'll definitely return in the future
Beau is the Man, he knows everything and has a sense of humor, although dry, but still very funny upon reflection. Great store, knowledgeable staff overall. Recommended for sure !!
Anytime you have the opportunity to look here before any other retail store, DO so!! Much better selection and better prices with far more knowledgeable representatives!!!
Awesome store! There is a large number of brands to choose from and the staff are all really nice and knowledgable. By far my favorite sporting goods store in Ma!
Poor customer service. They "see" my points but refused to honor them even though I was told they would over the phone. Called the 800 number and had 56 people in front of me.
They have a good selection of boating products and marine repair products as well as an experienced staff.
Great customer service. I was driving 1 hour away and stuck in traffic. Norman stay late for few extra minutes.
